Breakfast was good

The first room they had us in was directly next to an exterior door that had a broken lock. Anyone could’ve walked into the building off the street and the first door they’d be by was ours. When we requested to move to a different room, it was handled quickly, but they told us that they were aware of the broken lock and hadn’t been able to get it fixed yet. I don’t understand why they’d put us in a room right next to an unsecured entrance.

Front desk staff was wonderful my family enjoyed their time here my kids especially the toddler loved the warm welcoming Christmas decor I the lobby area

The laundry facilities weren't available which were part of my deciding factor in staying here so I could wash clothes as well but we made do

Hotel needs renovation/updating. Shower didn't have good pressure.

Nothing. The room was horrible. The best part about our room was checking out. The evening staff was unhelpful, but the manager was much more agreeable and understanding.

The front desk refused to give us pillows for 6 even though we booked the room for 6. The pull out bedding was not only filthy, covered in dirt, and smelly, there was also garbage between the bedding and mattress. Three lights didn't work. The fan to blow cool air into the "living" area didn't work so the room was not comfortable. The fan overhead was so loud and off balance, we could barely talk over the sound so we had to turn it off. The Front desk when confronted with the situation was unhelpful. It was gross, to say the least. They advertised a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of service for "the foreseeable future". Extremely disappointed.
