The location which is awesome ! The beach, the decoration of the room,…

The front desk employees (all) not very welcoming, always distracted by something (other employees, smartphones,…), I think they need more training by the management as they didn’t know when I arrived how to extend a stay and the agent was sighing on her computer, for an arrival I experienced much better from Hilton… (my advise). And the room, impossible to sleep as we can hear everything in the corridor, everyday I was waking up at 5:00am because of the noise… But for a short stay, this hotel is perfect but not worth it for the price

The views, the vibes and experience was incredible.

Das Hotel auf dem Strand war genau was wir wollten, die Zimmer sind einigermaßen groß und der Balkon macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Mir hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gefallen, das Hotel sehr angenehm, aber auch nichts herausragendes. Trotz riesigem Parkplatz kostet auch das Parken extra! Der Pool war wirklich zu klein, liegt zwar schön aber für chillen an Strand und Pool zu klein,

I could not afford to do breakfast and I am used to Hilton chains where breakfast is included, especially if traveling for business.

The pool was a bit dirty.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

It doesn’t have a jacuzzi.

I loved our room. Nice and spacious plus we had a balcony with the view of the ocean!

My only issue is had was that the smoke detector randomly went off twice. Especially in the middle of the night of our last stay. Since there was no smoke detected and their system couldn’t see why the alarm went off, we were downgraded to their handicap rooms because it was the only thing available

paid for premier room but put in standard room, toilet didnt flush, toilet roll holder hanging off wall, bathroom soap dispenser didnt work, view terrible, air conditioning unit extremely old and too noisy to have on. All reported on first day to management and not rectified.

Half the staff doesn’t understand English. We sat for 45 mins waiting for someone to take our order and because they took so long we didn’t get breakfast

This place is a joke. The entire staff is beyond unprofessional all across each department. It was very evident that the staff is either miserable working there or everyone is very unhappy people. For being a diamond member I am used to seeing some sort of professionalism and unity amongst Hilton team members, not here. There are other Hilton portfolios in the area. I suggest going there. Will not be back and you should explore other options too!!

Very disappointing. The front desk agent, Laureen,was rude. Too many other hotels in Cocoa Beach to try instead of paying to be treated poorly at this place, and so I was forced to cancel my reservation after I’m asking why they charged to my credit credit card 200 dollars extra with out my permission .

The shower could use an upgrade, get rid of the bathtub and install stand up showers , and every room should have a Keurig coffee machine.. everything else was fine

Pretty much everything. Great food at the restaurant, great staff. Will come back.

Larger pool and a jacuzzi would have been nice.
