Being renovated. Dirty elevators with character flaws. Breakfast was very average like an average hotel.

No coffee refill in the room for the second morning! No guide for tv stations.

Location was perfect. Staff was amazing Laura the manager I believe was incredible. Thanks to the staff working the breakfast buffet great employees.

No parking they do have valet but we had to be asking for our car every time.

The room was dusty and too dark. The desk in the bedroom and the TV were covered with thick dust.

rooms like a little apartment

the room was not clean fruit loops and crumbs on the floor dishes were not cleaned. elevators need work me and my daughter got stuck at 2nd floor thank god it started moving again. but it was popping cracking

The location was the best part. We could go downstairs and be on the river walk. You'll have an awesome view as you eat a very good breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth. Rooms were nice. Rooftop pool was nice. Extra blankets & pilows in the room were appreciated. Coffee being available 24/7 was a nice touch. Loved the easy access of the snack area that was always stocked with fresh sweet and salty treats and a variety of beverages.

I did not like that breakfast service ended at 9:30am. I would of appreciated a vat of water available instead of having to purchase bottled water. Obtaining a ride to venture outside of the Riverwalk was difficult.

Breakfast wasn’t good No housekeeping service if you stay just for two days Front desk guy was so rude i don’t know his name should have name tag Had to wait 20min for the maintenance guy toilet was overflowing was water all over the floor Vallet parking over priced 120 dlls for two nights that’s ridiculous

I loved the location and the quick easy access to the valet. the view during breakfast was exceptional.

I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel, but my entire floor smelled like wet dogs, the handle towel bar wasn’t attached just hanging on by one side, the tub is in need of being replaced because there is residue that can’t be removed, the roof top pool area has a lot be desired. I would recommend viewing the one next door and making changes.

Awesome location with breakfast *on* the river walk (inside, overlooking the canal - see picture). A fresh breath of quality after a poor sleepless experience at Homewood

A bit pricey ($350 for 1 night in a 2-suite room including breakfast, $40+tax parking)

Parking costs too high.
