The bathroom had someone else’s hair in the shower and in various spots. It was long hair and we only have short hair

Beautiful hotel. Pool was amazing and Laura at the front desk was the absolute best.

Our toilet had a very weak flush. Only issue.

The rug in our room was absolutely filthy ! For the money we paid it could have been steam cleaned. No microwave either, and the fridge barely worked.

We had multiple things wrong in our room. We had to put the A/C unit down to 60 degrees just to get it cold in the room. The door handle on the bathroom was barely on and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. My fiance got multiple cups of coffee one morning and they all had coffee grounds In them.

The pillows are not comfortable. I like firmer pillows than what was provided.

No open restaurants to grab a bite to eat, so you must leave the property and $55 is a lot to spend for powdered eggs, no bacon ( because it was empty) stale breakfast danishes and bad coffee

The staff & hotel were great.

When we arrived at the hotel they couldn't find the reservation anywhere in their system & had to pay extra for a room (that was later refunded). A little while after check-in they finally found our reservation but booking.com listed it with my name backward. Thank goodness for the awesome staff that took the time to investigate further.
