Hilton said they didn’t have any reservations for me so I had to make different arrangements

Frühstück war typisch Amerikanisch und ungesund aber okey
Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war freundlich.
Nähe zum Texaner. Dieser ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Pool ist sehr schmutzig. Eine tägliche Reinigung würde man sich wünschen. Hat überhaupt keine Freude gemacht und wir haben ihn gemieden um keine Bakterien aufzulesen.
Der Zimmerservice war bis um 1600 nicht erledigt. Somit für uns nicht zu bewerten.

this is probably not the place to stay in for fabulous views but as a stopover it was amazing with great food and super service and comfort.

The bathroom had someone else’s hair in the shower and in various spots. It was long hair and we only have short hair

Beautiful hotel. Pool was amazing and Laura at the front desk was the absolute best.
Our toilet had a very weak flush. Only issue.

Liked easy parking and access to the elevators
The rug in our room was absolutely filthy ! For the money we paid it could have been steam cleaned. No microwave either, and the fridge barely worked.

The pool and jacuzzi was amazing, and the staff was friendly
We had multiple things wrong in our room. We had to put the A/C unit down to 60 degrees just to get it cold in the room. The door handle on the bathroom was barely on and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. My fiance got multiple cups of coffee one morning and they all had coffee grounds In them.

The pillows are not comfortable. I like firmer pillows than what was provided.

No open restaurants to grab a bite to eat, so you must leave the property
and $55 is a lot to spend for powdered eggs, no bacon ( because it was empty) stale breakfast danishes and bad coffee

The staff & hotel were great.
When we arrived at the hotel they couldn't find the reservation anywhere in their system & had to pay extra for a room (that was later refunded). A little while after check-in they finally found our reservation but booking.com listed it with my name backward. Thank goodness for the awesome staff that took the time to investigate further.

it was back off the beaten track, which wasn’t always easy to find but more private.
The weirdest thing was that we thought that the morning breakfast was complementary. It was the same standard not so great food I like a complementary breakfast that most hotels have. It was Sunday morning. I really wasn’t interested in eating there, but my friend sat down and started getting things. I didn’t eat very much and then we got a bill for $48!! I was shocked. My friend should’ve asked, but I was shocked at the standard OK food and high bill. Lesson learned - won’t be eating there again!
