Cockroaches everywhere in every room!!! I’ve asked to change the room after seeing a dozen of them. But it was the same in another room.

The hotel was nearby everything. Close to stores on Hwy200 and other places.

Room furniture could use a good cleaning . Nota top notch room but enough for a short stay.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and also if you get to the breakfast early it is good

It's always an unpleasant thing when you feel you have to be honest and write a " not so nice' review. But hopefully it will help them improve. Aside from the receptionist who checked us in, the rest of the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Some had there kids in the front reception too, making their hair etc . Our first night was nice but thereafter, there were young guests ( teenagers) lounging around in the corridors and one night it was 3am, another midnight when they were hammering on their door, shouting, screaming and the reception did nothing. The hotel was not that busy, so they could have easily separated the guests more. As for the housekeeping, there was empty cups and food on the stairwells that were there from our arrival and when we left. We checked out and the receptionist didn't even say a word, nothing, not even a smile.......if I were the manager of this hotel I would definitely look into these issues

*Hot in hallways and rooms. Broken AC units in stairways. *Dirty hallways, pool and pool area. Garbage all over pool area. *Hotel staff with brown hair and birth mark in the middle of her forehead was extremely rude and hostile. She finalized our decision to leave this hotel and go elsewhere.

Nice hotel. Good location. Felt safe. Near a lot of things.

Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice before check out time, waking us up.

It was comfortable in the bed . The room it was very clean I like the breakfast a lot. I like dear flexible with the time and the pool. I like they have everything in the room refrigerated microwave.

Do you need clean the front lobby get the clean and the carpet and elevator in the hallways then you have to claim the carpet I like a shampoo.

AC WASN’T WORKING, FILTER WAS NEVER CLEANED, IT WAS VERY HOT

The location was very convenient.

The bathroom and carpet in the room were dirty. There were no forks or spoons for breakfast.

Floors were dirty, pool was dirty had lots of leaves and trash in the pool, broken outdoor furniture everywhere and breakfast was not good.

Always had people hanging around in the lobby area. Check-in was not a pleasant experience, staff member was not friendly, did not tell us about the free Wi-Fi and give us the password. She did not greet us, say hello, or anything.
