This place was close to our event.

This hotel was under renovation which your site did not state, there was mold in the bathroom, no towels available when requested, broken items in the room, too many issues for the price paid.

I have to say I’m disappointed in the staff. I had went back because I had left around 300 in cash by mistake in my room and it somehow dispersed. when I had asked the front desk to check room they told me that my room hadn’t been cleaned yet. the gentleman behind the desk, Maintenance or cleaning Management was Persistent on taking me to the room when the other staff was just going to give me a key to check. funny thing is as soon as we stepped off the elevator one of the cleaning crew had just stepped in the room. the gentleman asked if she had found anything in the room and she said I found nothing, no money. but question wasn’t asked about money. she wouldn’t even turn to look at me. I stepped out of the room to get back on elevator and the gentleman was following me. but did not get on elevator. the door started to shut on elevator and I stopped it. I poked my head around the corner and he was stepping back into my old room 214. I believe he made contact with the cleaner to enter my room and check before I got up there because he was texting on his phone as soon as I started the conversation with the front desk about the missing money.

The room was great also the staff at the front desk. The only problem we had was the one working the breakfast. She was very rude to the customers.
