Right on the beach! Comfy! Felt at home!

Overall the room had a nice view and was a nice looking room. Location was nice being close to the state park. And wasn't right in the middle of the main strip.

The room was NOT cleaned well. 4 DEAD cockroaches on top of the fridge with a layer of dust, we left alone so it's still on top of the fridge. The love seat was BROKE IN HALF couldn't use at all! We had no linens for the pull-out sofa bed 1 comforter that was folded in closet smelled like beer! My child refused to use. The drapes in the living room has what looks like dried blood smeared in several spots on the backside and can be seen while sitting on the balcony. The MASTER bed was VERY HARD and uncomfortable! The window in the masterroom was a view of the hallway and was very bright from the lights at night, it's only covered by a blind. The dryer knob was broke and falls off, very very slow to dry and will keep spinning when you open the door unless you turn it off with the knob.

Great location, Great 2nd floor view. Room was just as pictured, plenty of space for our family of 6.

The property posted that they had pest control coming to spray, we did see roaches in the stairwell and outside the rooms and even seen a few in our room. I did send a text to the Realjoy team, great communication and they said they would have some one and assist us. At that point there was not much they could have done because the resort was spraying. This is not something that I would rate negative for room 207 but this seems as a common issue for a resort that size and we did spend our morning that we were packing up making sure all our bags were emptied out and free of any pests.....

It was very spacious. Balcony view was great. Dillon was awesome at the Beach he was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back.

Neither bathroom showers were cleaned, hair and soap residue . The bathroom floors were dirty. By the time you walked out of bathroom your feet would be dirty. We were given the wrong gate code. We had to ask someone for the correct one.
