Amazing location and incredible pricing for the high quality!

Some issues with water pressure and water running in general but I was informed it was close to a full house so it made sense.

The warmth of the fireplace, it was very quiet and the staff were very friendly.

The jacuzzi tub was an air tub and not a jetted whirlpool, as was told to us when we booked the room. Our cable box had to be replaced due to our TV not having any sound. However, it was fixed by maintenance very quickly once we called the front desk.

we didn’t have hot water from 7-11pm and then when it did come back it wasn’t hot so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub.

Jacuzzi, location was fine

Pillows were stained, pillows were lumpy, bed had sheets on top of comforter.. Bed was very uncomfortable, sink into the middle of bed, absolutely no firmness... The bathtub plug/drain was broken and couldn't get a wash/shower...

Really comfortable beds. Lovely warm fireplace. Jacuzzi tub was a bonus. Staff were very helpful.

Would have appreciated tissues provided in room. We had to go looking for extra cups and coffee for our room. Three of us were staying but there was only two towel sets.

Our room was not cleaned in the 4 nights we were there. Had to call for clean towels and glasses. Hallways we not vacuumed. I was charged twice for my room. That was rectified. Would never recommend it or stay again.

Nothing

Room wasent worth 211$. Jacuzzi kept turning on randomly and the toilet would randomly flush. Went to the desk to complain at 10 in the night and noone to be seen. The bed had stains on the white sheets. There was no robes like promised. In the morning when I went to check out I told them about the inconvenience and they said " oh that's to bad" never offered a discount or a sorry ot nothing. We won't be back and we won't recommend

The room was lovely! Well cleaned and the bed was so Comfy!!! Always a beautiful nights sleep when we stay here. We fully enjoyed our night!

We weren't able to check in before 8pm due to our daughters volleyball games going over time and then we had to get her to her hotel with her team. Time we got to the monastery it was closed and locked up and we needed to phone someone to let us in. When we called first there was no answer and then when we finally got her we were able to code in and find our room. Checking out wasn't what we expected either. After telling the lady at the front desk when she called to confirm we'd still be coming that we would be paying cash, we found out the next morning that she went ahead and charged our credit card anyways. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to check us out of our room as well. We've stayed here a bunch of times without any problems but this time was so much more difficult!

our room wasn’t clean upon arrival half of our jacuzzi didn’t work a lot of noise at night doors banging people yelling cars revving in parking lot 12AM no face clothes our room was suppose to be upgraded seeing the other wasn’t clean but it was the same just outside which made it no privacy. pillows were very uncomfortable

I didn’t get a good impression when I saw the outside but when I got inside, WOW! Awesome staff, beautiful decor and central to everything.
