Most Everything was good and clean. Front desk staff, Roman, was helpful and friendly.
My only complaint, is that there was a sock in the bed between the sheets. It was creepy to find someone else’s sock in my bed!

The convenience to where we were going. It was clean and comfortable.

The property was an easy walking distance to the Convention Center. Perfection! The place was bright, clean, quiet and friendly. Love the fact that a real restaurant was in the hotel AND they had gluten free options for meals. I appreciate that they allowed us to keep our car on the property two longer as we had business at the convention center.
My daughter felt she was famous royalty.
This is on me not the hotel. I think I had an allergic reaction to the soap. But for me that is an easy remedy.

Leuke locatie, op loopafstand van Old Pasadena. Mooi zwembad en ruime/schone kamers.
De bedjes bij het zwembad waren smoezelig en duidelijk aan vervanging toe.
Jammer dat het restaurant pas om 17.00 uur open ging en dat je geen snack/lunch kon bestellen voor bij het zwembad.

What a nice hotel, the location and facilities were great. The friendly people visiting, lots of wedding, there were happy but the people that work there were amazing. So kind, helpful and they legitimetly cared.
I should have self parked because we come and go a lot.

THERE WERE PROTESTORS IN THE VALET PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL DOORS. Very confusing and no clear signage to park. Every morning we were told to leave thru the side door.

Unfortunately, I checked in to the hotel in the middle of a workers strike, awakened by their “group noise” at 7:00am the Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was there.

Hôtel sans isolation entre les chambres, climatisation ou chauffage en soufflerie très bruyant au 7eme étage, demander de changer, c'est possible. Lors du changement ils ont remarqué que ma veste était restée dans le placard mais pendant 2 jours ils n'ont rien dit. A mon départ 4h30 du matin, on a du réveiller la directrice pour accorder la remise de la veste... Ridicule.

The location was perfect and staff amazing!!!!!! Loved the balcony and space of the room! Nice kitchenette area. Room service was good although limited selection.
Bedsheets had a lipstick stain. Pool was not heated as described.

The property was very clean and the staff were helpful. There were food places inside the hotel which made it convenient to eat without leaving the property.
We wish the valet parking wasn’t as expensive. It wasn’t included in the price so we had to pay extra. The hotel is a bit expensive already without the parking.

Good variety of choices for breakfast. Location in Pasadena was excellent. Very much appreciated the complimentary water bottles throughout the stay. Most of the staff super friendly
Some of the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. The temperature at the restaurant/bar was way too cold (though I suppose that’s a problem with a lot of places in the US)

I am always happy when I stay at a Hilton, and this one was no different. It was comfortable and clean, and close to the festival we were attending that weekend. My colleague and I also liked the gym and used it every morning.

Location is a little far away from downtown and airport, but it is very safe and comfortable. Restaurants, banks, super markets, museums, etc are nearby.
Big parking lot. Self-parking is very convenient.
Free drinking water were applied at the front desk. Better to put two bottles at the room per night.
