Location good, breakfast good.
Light fixture over desk broken. Only one bedside lamp for two people in a bed.

The staff was nice when I got there after the unpleasant phone conversation.
They called me 2 hours before check-in to tell me that my Booking.com reservation was not guaranteed and threatened to cancel it if I didn't give them my credit card information. First time ever that something like that happens. On my questions to explain to me how Booking.com reservation is not guaranteed and that I'm not comfortable giving my credit card info via phone, a lady hung up on me. I had to call her and provide her with everything because no hotels were available and I would stay without a place for the night with two little kids.

Everything was great until I realized we left behind a very important, very expensive item. We were 2.5 hrs out of town b4 i realized.I contacted the hotel ,they kept it safe and reboxed it for safe shipping
I can't thank those front desk ladies enough.i really am truly grateful for your honesty and dedication in helping me thru my dilema. U don't find that much these days so thank you. You all deserve a raise!!
Now FedEx.....that's another story lol

The pool and water slide were good.
Our room looked like it been destroyed previously and in need of repair. The curtains were shredded and sliced through. the door looked like it had been broken into or kicked in. The door jamb itself was so crooked that we had to lift the door to open it and when closed, there was a gap at the top. The mini fridge wasn’t plugged in so my husband to pull it out and crawl on the floor to plug it in upon arrival. The AC unit was so loud we couldn’t run it. It was rattling so loud my kids couldn’t sleep. Would not recommend this place or at least room 216 to anyone. The only positives was the pool.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. The breakfast was actually good.

The pillows were too hard with whatever was in them. My AC/thermostat was broken. I was able to get it to work just before I left.

Great staff.
No smoking rules not enforced—hallway on our floor smelled strongly of cannabis smoke. Thin walls, noisy people in neighbouring room.
