Did not have breakfast there. Didn't even know if there was a restaurant there.

No confirmation on requested Accessible room til we got there. Only one vertical bar at head of shower while shampoo, etc were at the back. No crossbar going across. Bed frame was too small for the king size box spring. Bed slanted to one side. Bed frame stuck out on opposite side hitting ankles on that side. No room service at 10pm. No wifi unless you signed up to become a Hilton member. The price was too expensive to get this kind of service.

We ended up not staying there.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. There was also a long line of people waiting for their rooms. We waited a while then gave up and cancelled the room. We booked a room at a different hotel in San Jose.

Very close to Mountain Winery music venue

We stayed at the Inn at Saratoga because we were visiting the Mountain Winery which is just a 10 minute drive from the Inn. The room and beds were very comfortable and the small stream next to our our room provided some gentle water sounds all through the night.

Everything was excellent!

The gorgeous location, friendly staff, and beautiful facilities at the hotel. everyone felt very welcoming and there are so many places to eat or shop at nearby.

Spacious, quiet room in a beautiful location, right on the historic street. Plenty of convenient parking.

the view, location & decor were great!

Our room smelt like someone had used the bathroom as soon as we entered and it took us an hour or so to air our the smell. the bathtub also was extremely difficult to drain.

everything! the area was incredible, the staff was very helpful, had everything we needed and more!

Comfortable size rooms with beautiful decor, and modern bathrooms. A great location buried in the woods but with acccess to all conveniences.

room was large for 2 queen beds, small balcony overlooking creek was peaceful to hear water running.
