Great motel for the price/value it offers. Clean, basic room to stay in Quebec.

In the room I stayed in, Had a bit of trouble turning the water fully to the shower side in the bathtub.

Worst place ever. Really dirty, heating wasn't on, snow was not removed from the parking.

We ask for more towel and they give us more and the lady was very polite and kind

The quality of the room, we hear neighbour talk from the cartonwall like if we are in the same room. They has some hole on the sheet and stains also the maitress cover as the zipper broken so the cover always remove so at the middle of the night we end up being on the maitress. No sink in the toilet it was outside the bathroom also the switch light. It was freezing cold only one radiators for all the room and feel some air from everywhere. The furniture was not matching, scratch and old, also the was no curtains on some windows so all the light Come in.

Very dated and worn down, dirty floor, unwashed bedding, pillow had hair and makeup on it, heat was off (in December) strong perfume and smoke odour. could hear the people in next room perfectly. would have left if it wasn’t so late.

The rooms are very cheap and I am only there to sleep.

The bath tub was so dirty I couldn't even have a shower.

The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not cleaned at all.

beds were comfortable ebough, the water was hot.

The wifi was very unreliable.

Noise from neighbours, equipment: only 1 glass for two people, only 1 light bed sheet (no blanket)

Rooms very outdated had to change rooms due to air quality in first room Second room was better but not great and we had no water for an hour

Under 30 minutes to any of the attractions we wanted to see, it was quite beside some road traffic.

How close the toilet was to the bathtub(could not put your feet in front of you

Location and price

It is cureently or has been a room where people smoke. It's the first thing you smell upon entering. The bathroom sink being outside of the bathroom was strange.

Motel owner was very kind and accommodating. She made herself readily available to address all of our questions/concerns.

Cleanliness was the best point Price for this class of motels the weakest point
