The hotel was nice and clean, great location and great rooms

The sofa bed and beds were not super comfortable.

So loud with teenegrs playing till 9 at the pool then running and screening in the corridor Connecting rooms so Loud with baby and his mom Breakfast no healthy choices like gluten free or vegan I won’t stay again over as it’s not my type of hotels

I loved the room and how clean it was.

I happened to notice a homeless person getting food from the breakfast buffet and I didn’t think that it’s appropriate for the hotel staff to allow homeless to enter since we are paying. If food can be given then have them wait outside and someone can give them a plate outside

o arrived a las 4:30pm and the rooms was not even ready.

Other hotel guest were partying until about 4:30 in the morning. It only stoped because I went to the front desk and complained. Also our room was right next to an exterior door that was broken. Throughout the night people would continually try to open this door which echoed through the whole hotel. I brought my son up for a baseball tournament we were completely exhausted the next day from lack of sleep.

The breakfast was good. I was not expecting a full buffet but I got what I was looking for. I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy for me to get around a city I was not familiar with. Most of my entertainment, restaurants and site seeing was close by.

My only complaint would be less noisy guests close to my room. Loud coming in at a later time of night. This is no fault of yours. And I was hoping for a vending machine to get drinks.

It was a pleasant experience overall.

The check in was very friendly and speedy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many options and really delicious. Pool was clean and the sitting area was nice.

Very clean and location was good for a sporting event at The Sporting Chance facility.

The rugs. Did not like the design of the rugs.
