I liked the style of the place very comfy and quiet

One thing that it needs is someone to go through and caulk joints and cracks before a final paint not only looks good but also prevents ants a d what not from being able to get in there was a mishaps with a high powered rc car motor contacting the battery lead which pulled up a tiny spot of carpet very sorry about this

clean inside and very decorative!

the building outside, there was others smoking marijuana and cigarettes and it traveled into the building.

The condo felt very comfortable and homey.

I would say the pool being clean, but has nothing to do with condo owners, just property management

The location for my trip was good in the fact that I enjoy staying away from the bustle of the Gem Show while still having a straight shot to it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had enough hot water and pressure. Both of these items are incredibly important.

The fact the furnace didn't work upon my arrival & took several days and 2 trips for the repairmen to figure out it was just a pilot light was inexcusable. Me having to be the person to wait there for them was not right. The replacement heater provided worked for the bedroom but I had to turn the stove on for heat for the apartment. The fact that the garbage disposal didn't work either was another thing (that the owners weren't aware of). Some compensation in the realm of a couple of nights of charges should be refunded due to this. The owners need to come by and see their place & have someone who will tell them the truth about it with them. It isn't large and having 12+ fake plants/trees, a lot of tabletop stuff, and clutter in general, most if not all needs to be thrown out. It looks like it was decorated and stocked with old Goodwill or dead grandmother's leftovers, referring to the afore mentioned plants, tabletop "Sculptures", loose chairs, and worn out living room pillows. There is even a "tree" that is in front of a wall piece blocking the bottom half of it. I put this stuff in corners on the floor, under cabinets etc. so I didn't feel claustrophobic. I purchased and left a new cutting board since the old one was so rough it snagged the sponge. Throw out ALL of the old spices and crap above the stove and either spend some money on the basics once in a while or not,, but get rid of old foods and oils. Provide salt and pepper shakers for Pete's sake... Throw out the old pots and pans that are trashed and and look for some at TJ Max Home to replace them, they will be cheap enough. check the clearance aisles. You have totally scraped/scratch/ unhealthy/ bent pots and pans there. DO NOT use a plug in "fragrance" thing. I couldn't figure out the smell (which was overpowering) when I first got there and finally found and unplugged it.

the condo itself is nice and comfortable, had issues when first arrived the acc unit is original from 1972, but it finally cooled down sometime in the middle of the might. internet went out and went a day with out that, but the staff finally brought a new Wi-Fi box. the laundry card machine never did work, so had to go offsite to do laundry. All in all though for the price it was worth it considering it would of cost about the same at a 2 star hotel

outdated, laundry never worked, they are doing construction so they shut water off on me on two different days, first day it was off almost 4 hours. ac unit is very outdated and struggles to work.

I love it was clean, comfy , quiet and has food near and groceries store near, ease access to the place, the communication was good , I really recommend this place , and I'll be back again!

The condo was extremely cozy, welcoming, and very nicely relaxing. I was so pleased at how much larger the condo actually is compared to the pictures! I loved how the place had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a stay! Plus I enjoyed the big furnished balcony! Water temperature was efficient for myself and my children, the facility had a small park also. We had access to laundry, pool, and smart tv movies and TV channels! It was so wonderful to stay, made me feel like i was at home! Excellent condo for excellent price!

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and was equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. We appreciated that there was even little items like a butter dish for properly storing and serving butter. It was nice to have two different types of coffee machines available. We loved the stylish decorative furniture. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The check-in/check-out process was very easy, the parking is convenient and the property manager was very friendly and communicative. The location is convenient as there is a pharmacy and multiple grocery stores very close by. This was a wonderful place to stay.
