The beds were full size when we were expecting queen size. Also the beds were not comfortable, too firm, no cushion.

We booked on line like normal. When we get to the property the doors are all locked. After 45 min trying to get ahold of someone. A customer comes out we had to tell him if he could call someone. After that the front personnel tells us they don't have any room's.

I like this property, however when I was due to check, I was told I was banned from it. Banned? How am I banned? You see, I was banned from motel studio 8 due to a situation, I didn't even create. The front desk attendant gave someone my room number without my consent. last time I checked that's illegal. For about a month it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. The night of the incident I didn't stay but left due to feeling unsafe and didn't want cause any problems for Motel Studio 8 or myself. Once they gave me money back they banned me instead of firing or giving disciplinary action against their employee. The situation got my windshield broken and front end of my vehicle hit by the individual who was given my room number and cost me more money. The damage wasn't made on the property but it did happen within the 24 hours where information was given. None of this was my fault. So why am I banned from all motel 8 and motel studio. m?furthermore, I hadn't had time to leave reviews or go back to this motel 8 to talk to the manager about this scheduled stay. At the time of check-in, when I was denied a stay, I didn't ask the man who was working that night. after he stated I was banned, I then ask him if I get someone who can check me in with their ID, he said that would be fine but only if I did something for him. He never said exactly what, but from the perverted look and disgusting smile, I knew what he meant. he also knew I was stressed out. my dog was attacked that day and I need a room that allows pets in this area. motel 8 and motel studio are the only who accept pets. I left and both my injured dog and I stayed in my vehicle that hot night. I believe this situation was way illegal. I'm not want to start getting an attorney but I will eventually do a review. it's just been a crazy and busy time as I'm a small business owner trying to make it. these motels have camera's.

how much space we had for us to easy get around in the room.

in our suite, there was 1 bathroom mirror, for 3 adults to get ready.. i wish there was more. Our room felt like it was moist in there where the king size was, floor was sticky, but where the queens beds were it was fine.

Excellent location. Price was reasonable. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast would have been nice. No coffee available, either.

I liked the wifi speed. The beds were not super hard. The AC worked pretty well. The staff was incredibly friendly! The tub once I got a stopper had plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned daily and it FELT clean.

You need a drain plug for your tub, I’m a bath guy. Please put an alarm clock in the room. Some complementary pastries in the morning would be nice. I had some neighbors screaming at each other the first night at 2:30AM for hours

The staff here are very accommodating and friendly. The Motel was very clean and the room was beautiful it was such a pleasure after my last motel.experience Also this property was maintained outside as well as inside I would recommend highly.
