Well maintained building with owner present daily. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

I wish breakfast was included but the tea and coffee was ok. The microwave was a deal breaker it is very rare it is included in the rooms. Felt a sense of solitude quiet in a good way.

The facility was good, for me the distance was a bit long to downtown ottawa .

My girlfriend has a registered service animal. She had supporting documentation and the dog being a service dog for at least 5 years has been to many places travelling with us. We were treated horribly over it

They charged a security deposit and kept it saying that the dog peed on the bed. This is not true. Part of my girlfriend’s disability causes night sweats so bad it seems as though she has wet the bed. However the owner would not listen and treated my girl in a very degrading way

Great staff, kind, professional and helped me find the ideal room as there were a few available that day.

I got placed in a basement at first. There as a foul smell, couldn't tell if maybe it was from a recent flooding, close to the septic tank, or whatever but it was quite bad and was attempted to be masked by a perfume. Fortunately, the staff were understanding and did not hesitate to change my room, which was on the second floor and much better. Place is a good bang-for-your-buck, it's clean, although the one thing I wished is that the air-conditioners were better maintained. Some are loud that it's hard for light sleepers to fall asleep, while others have an old AC smell (the stagnant water type). I think upgrading these, or servicing would change the entire experience...at least in the summer. I cannot comment on the winter. Otherwise, the rooms are mostly occupied by construction workers/contractors that go to bed early, and wake early so minus the AC the place was very quiet. If this does not bother you, highly recommend.

Very nice motel. It's not my first time there and everytime, the room is very clean and the staff is super nice. It's a cozy motel ! You can also see that the motel is very well maintened.

It was easy to book/ check-in and check out. The room is super clean, the towels and a bathroom, the room in general and the bed sheets are very clean. There is an iron and a blow dryer in the room. I did like an extra touch as coffee free of charge. I mean, isn't it great to have some fresh coffee in the morning before you hit the road. The staff is also very friendly, positive and helpful. Thank you ♥️
