Outdated & musty

Die Nähe zu Disney Epcot ist gegeben aber zu den anderen Parks (Magic Kingdom, Universal) muss man schon mit Auto, Shuttle oder Uber anreisen. Waschmaschine und Trockner auf der zweiten ebene Vorhanden. Kostenloses Wasser sowie Kaffee im Zimmer.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich ein Witz. Bitte bezahlen sie keine 15$ für dieses Frühstück und gehen Sie lieber auswärts irgendwo hin. Besteck, Teller und Becher alles aus Plastik. Im Zimmer war immer ein muffiger Geruch das hat uns extrems gestört und das Zimmer ist viel zu dunkel. Das Bad ist auch sehr dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen. Parken kostet um die 20$ die Nacht.

El chófer de micro que nos traslado a los parques en la mañana,nos mintió la hora del regreso de Epcot,nos hizo volver al punto de partida 1/2 hrs antes.. Nos molesto mucho su comportamiento...No recordamos su nombre..

Habitación espaciosa, buena iluminación, personal amable, desayuno variado y a buen precio. Buena ubicación para llegar a los parques y Centro comerciales.

Fantastic Location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping .

My room had dirty toilet paper on the carpet. Carpet needed more cleaning around the edge of the bed. Yhr rewards members curtesy room was poorly stocked. especially during the early morning, I heard annoyed guest complaining.

Room was very dark and made the room feel dingy room could have been cleaner and fresher feeling upon arrival

No me cambiaron las sábanas estaban sucia y tuve q irme al otro día me contagié con flu y te cobran los parqueos 21 dólar la noche y la ducha del baño no funcionaba

Localização muito boa para os parques da Disney.

Estacionamento caro, hotel gigantesco e tinha apenas 1 elevador funcionando (teve dias que ficamos mais de 5 minutos para conseguir desces/subir). Além disso os quartos são escuros, ar condicionado velho e quartos com cheiro esquisito.

One elevator operating and we can't use stairs. That's horrible

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms and convenient parking and laundry facilities.

The property was further from the theme parks than expected, but was still a central location. The room air-conditioner was also quite loud.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar and takeout food was nice. Room itself was very clean.

There was a very strong musty smell in the hallway of the floor my room was on. The hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week. There was a lot of debris on the carpet.

The location of this hotel is excellent, everything you've looking for is very close , we can go walking every where

Location is great by Disney. Spacious outdoor lounging area.

Toll war die Lage!

An sich war das Hotel ganz gut, nur war die Klimaanlage zu laut und das Bad war sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab keine Antirutschmatte in der Wanne (extrem rutschig!), die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, einmal war das Bad über Nacht unter Wasser gesetzt (undichte Rohre an der Toilette) . In dem Bad konnte man sich nicht wohlfühlen. Alles ziemlich veraltet

The rooms are gorgeous, clean and elegant! The bar in the lobby was awesome and the staff are super friendly. We hope to stay here again soon!

The location was great, great access to many shops , restaurants,cafes. 15 minutes walking to Disney Springs, The room was spacious &clean

The room furniture were old fashioned and the whole hotel furniture needs an update, rooms were too cold , turning off the AC , still too cold in the end of August, hallway carpets were not too clean , the Concierge desk was not active , you need to call them , the shuttle to Disney parks needs booking & calling as well , otherwise it doesn’t come to hotel , the breakfast was very bad , poor quality, bad taste

Great location and cheap

This hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to all the theme parks. Also has a nice pool.

The water pressure on the 7th floor was minimal making a challenge sometimes to use basic facilities other than shower. Beds do have some wear in the mattresses making one side more comfortable than the other.

Location and cleanliness

My email confirmation said the room had a full tub, just like the pictures. I didn't bother asking for one because I assumed it would be there. My daughter and I both prepared to take bubble baths as part of our getaway 🥺
