Great Location in the heart of everything you can think of .Stores so close by like Walgreens ,Dollar tree, we was able to fill our refrigerator up with no problems , breakfast there was not free had to pay when booking the room. This place was awesome :) . Had a room right off the pool so my kid was in the pool soon the sun came up. They really had a great time in the game room , nice sitting area where you can smoke and wine down with some cocktails. I don't think they wanted to leave and go home , truly home away from home, my mini mansion!

Me encantó!!! Como he puesto en otros comentarios, lo importante no solo es el lugar (El cual es fantástico, súper bien ubicado , muy cerca de Disney y súper tranquilo) sino la calidad en el servicio prestado. Cuando llegue el niño que me atendió lo hizo excelente y como mi inglés no es fluido trato de todas maneras de entenderme y fue genial. Me encantó.

Suite cómoda con dos baños estrechos, pero en general espacios precisos para estadías cortas. Cocina bastante bien equipada, faltan detalles pero lo básico está. Estuvimos sólo 2 noches y ocupamos el departamento básicamente para dormir, de acuerdo a eso y en relación al precio nos pareció bastante bien.

Al entrar un poco de olor a encierro, pero nada terrible. Necesita urgente una remodelación en la decoración. Está feo y viejo. Se agradecen las camas con sábanas y cubrecamas blancos. Detalles cuando sólo ocupas el lugar para dormir.

The staff was really nice and hotel is not far from the parks.

They charge you $15 to park and it is a public space no gates at all, there is a note in the room saying that it is quite dangerous to order pizza or leaves something in the car. We are a family of 4 tall people and it the spaces ares pretty small to be comfortable. Bed linens were clean but ripped. We have been in better places for the same amount of $$$

I have everything i need, i love how cute but spacious the hotel is, from the kitchen to the rooms and bathrooms.

We left after the first day. They put us in a dirty room with no sheets. Disgusting. Your managers solution was to pack back up and move to another room with 4 tired kids. Never go back. Too bad cause it was a nice setup but the housekeeping and MGMT. Ruined it.

The front desk attendant was very nice at the beginning. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access and accessible parking.

Made the reservation for 8, meaning I was gonna use the sofa bed, I went to the lobby to ask for more pillows and sheets, they told me I had enough in my room, so I needed to explain I was gonna use the sofa bed.

The property was clean, very well kept up with. The pool area and outdoor seating was fabulous

Spacious comfortable room with lots of amenities. Clean comfy beds. Excellent location (close to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, etc.). Excellent value for money.

Nothing included for breakfast, though my preference is to keep the room cost down and go get my own breakfast. Staff was efficient, and generally friendly, but seemed a bit disinterested.

I love the location of the hotel and I love the hotel room itself it was very big and spacious and very clean and I love the pool

The only negative thing I have to say is that there is no elevator and we were on the third floor and there was not a ground level room available I travel with my elderly parents and it was extremely hard for them to get up and down two flights of stairs

It's close to Universal, Sea World and Disney and other parks within 15 mins drive. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Was able to check in early and check out late.

The surroundings are excellent. You can literally walk to the grocery store wawa right there. All restaurants close by.

I did get the room I selected I felt the room I received wasn't worth the price.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for the 5 of us.

I did not have to fight for the elevator or wait to walk into my suite. The location was very convenient. The staff was very thorough about the parking and options on site.

The pool was not open during my stay. The driveway of the suite only had one way in and out, so driving around the whole building was crazy.

Good room with easy parking, and a good price. Good location, near to parks and the city.
