Centrally located hotel next to Union Station and only a few minutes walk to the Capitol and the Mall. The room was spacious enough, it was relatively quiet (besides the aircon, which thankfully worked because it was super hot outside), staff was friendly and there was free coffee and tea all day long :)
Even though it was well located, there is not much around, not too many restaurants or cafes, so more lively areas are 20min walk away.

Enorm gastvrije ontvangst. We werden daarna ook herkend, voelde heel welkom. De pub bij het hotel heeft goed eten en geweldig ontbijt. Kamer was groot en het bed enorm en fijn. Locatie is vlakbij station, metro en capitool. Tip: neem een dagkaart voor de deelfietsen. Ze staan tegenover het hotel en met goed plannen heb je voor 8 dollar hele dag een fiets.

Tolle Größe des Zimmers und Bads, Bett war sehr bequem. Alles top sauber. Kaffee/Wasser in der Lounge war sehr gut, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel.

- Die Kissen sind zu fest, für uns war das hohe liegen des Kopfes nicht optimal.
- Klimaanlage hat bei Zimmer 814 direkt aufs Bett geblasen, auch auf geringer Stufe nicht auszuhalten. Über Nacht wurde es dann recht warm im Zimmer (bei 30 grad draußen).
- Lage zwar nah an der National Mall, Auswahl an Restaurants/Cafes fehlen in direkter Umgebung.

Très bon hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès notre arrivée et ils les ont gardés jusqu’à notre départ le soir. Chambre pas très grande mais bonne literie et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Un espace convivial au 2eme étage permet d’avoir toutes sortes de cafés, cappuccino, thé… gratuitement et c’est de très bonne qualité!!! Il y a aussi un micro onde à disposition. Le restaurant dubliner (irish pub) est accessible depuis l’hôtel et on y mange bien.
Ce n’est pas une critique mais un simple constat. Pour l’emplacement, la proximité de la gare centrale et donc du métro est appréciable, mais en contrepartie on est un peu excentré des points touristiques.

Utmärkt med gångavstånd till tågstationen. Lugnt område, bra hissar. Trevlig avdelning för att ta en kaffe. Mycket trevlig restaurang i huset, men tyvärr inga ytterligare sådana eller närbutiker i grannskapet. Wifi fungerade bra förutom ett driftstopp över en natt. Glad och trevlig personal.
Det vore trevligt om hotellet hade ett lite större sittutrymme, typ lounge, i entréplanet. Ännu bättre om serveringsmöjlighet finns där, för t.ex. kaffe, té, ett glas vin.

I loved the atmosphere, the design, the convenience of the location near the museums and to Union Station. The view was magnificent.

Brilliant location 4 mins from Union street station, Capital building 5 mins away, Mall 8 mins. Good sized rooms, hotel building full of features. Loved the tea / coffee 24 facility on 2nd floor. Hotel it self was very quite. After walking all day its great to have the Dubliner restaurant there to relax during the evening.
Out of the hotels control but got woken up by Police, ambulance, fire engine sirens and car horns throughout the night.

Struttura a due passi dalla stazione (comodissimo!!) , vicino a tutti i monumenti da visitare, bevande gratuite al secondo piano dell’ hotel 24h su 24. Consiglio! Consiglio anche il pub adiacente all’albergo, qualità/ prezzo ottimo !!

It was in a super good area, right next to union station and just a 15 minute walk to the capital plus The Dubliner was right Inside the building and they also had free hot chocolate and coffee.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, like actually, everyone was amazing and everything was nice and clean.

It was way over priced. but all hotels in town were for graduation weekend. 4 nights was over 1800 which is what I pay for 8-10 nights in Kona Hawaii for an entire condo. I stayed at the Phoenix Park Place when I moved my daughter to attend Georgetown law in 2020 and and paid less than 600 for 3 nights.
I’ll stay again. I love this place. was just not happy how much I had to pay this time.
