Excellent location Great breakfast 10 out of 10 for wonderful friendly helpful staff

Staff were great, the room was large and comfortable, the TV was fab, and it was a great night's sleep. Would certainly return here. Close to the best area in Vancouver for restaurants on Hamilton and on Robson for those who like shopping. Close to the water ferries to get to Granville Island. We also stayed in the financial district near Coal Harbour. Coal Harbour is lovely and well worth a visit to walk along the sea wall into Stanley Park, with nice bars and restaurants on the waterfront. I preferred the location of hotel Blu to staying in the financial district, but both are nice areas with lots of good restaurants, and both felt safe. One area I would avoid staying or going to is Gastown. It's not worth visiting, and when we did, it stank of urine, and there were dozens of homeless/drug users around. I'm so pleased that we didn't stay near Gastown.

It was a great location for our needs. The staff was wonderful. We loved that complimentary laundry room. It felt very safe with the secure room cards.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

Friendly, helpful staff. Water and apples available in the lobby. Coffee pods and maker; tea and teapot; refrigerator and microwave in our room. Beautiful pool and nice workout area and equipment. Complementary wash & dryer available for use.

2nd night noisy children in the hallway and room nearby with their tv turned up loudly.

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.
