Great location

Rooms were super nosey all day and all night, air con unit type noise. The rooms were not vacuumed at all, I had to request it when I arrived and it wasn't done again.

There were no hangers or closet in the room.

It shows the sign of parking in the amenities, as if it were included but is not. They just suggest you to go to a public parking close by that cost 40 a day. I thought the price was fare when I booked cause it supposedly has parking included but is too expensive for what it offers.

it was quaint and quirky. it’s not the fanciest hotel by any means, but it is clean and had a lot of character. it’s an older building and was great location for what I was in town for. there are many places to stay around this area and honestly super stoked I stayed here actually compared to the run of the mill places. I had zero issues staying here. I mean you cannot control what is on the outside and I never felt unsafe staying here. I would stay again. the staff was super friendly and helpful.

hmmmm, the homeless population in the area but that has nothing to do with hotel itself. the parking is awful unfortunately but I think that’s how it goes around there.

The front desk staff are friendly. They have water supplier to supply drinking water. Room is small but clean and don't have smell as some other San Francisco hotel does.

Almost every middle night (around 12:30am), there was very loud noise from back window, like garbage bin emptying. It last about a half hour. It always weak me up. It is really bad since I came from east time zone. The room service was unpredictable, I was there for 5 nights, and there were 3 room service made. and there was no pattern, and just happen randomly.

The location is fabulous! Close to Union Square and tourists can have access to different transportation services. The staff are really friendly.

Nothing in particular actually. The hotel may look small and old in appearance, but I really feel comfortable during my stay there, and the rooms are clean and cozy as well.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean.
