La ubicación es muy buena. El lugar es muy cómodo limpio y seguro.

Algunos equipos no funcionaban como la maquina para lavar platos, la secadora de pelo, y una lampara al lado de la cama. Seria bueno que revisen los equipos ante del ingreso de un huesped.

La Ubicación y el confor de las habitaciones

Que no hay ningun personal en el Hotel que atienda (todo funciona con claves y App), que no se realiza la liempieza de las habitaciones (encontre cajas viejas de pizza bajo mi cama y ninguna vez en 7 días se limpio mi habitación), que la comunicación por chat puede resultar muy frustrante cuando hay problema (en este caso un problema inicial de falta de batería en la puerta de la habitación desencadenó varios otros problemas muy desagradables) y que el Hotel tiene acceso a mi carta de crédito para realizar "retiro de seguridad" (como no hay nadie en el Hotel para verificar el estado de las habitaciones, retienen el equivalente de una noche para protegerse contr eventuales daños) y que puede haber error en los cobros sobre las tarjetas de credito. Al final el hotel cumplió con las reparaciones que acordamos.

Lokatie is ideaal op loopafstand van het centrum. Mooie ruime kamer met uitgebreide keuken. Vlak bij metro station naar vliegveld.

Toegangscode werkte niet altijd.

-Centrally located. Metro accessible (Farragut North and West both within 5m walk). 10m walk to DuPont area. 20m walk to Foggy Bottom area and National Mall area. -Room was spacious and very clean with fully functioning kitchenette. -I liked that there were extra supplies and linens available to guests as needed. -Laundry rooms for guests which make longer stays more comfortable. -I needed to extend my stay and the website told me I had to go through booking.com which wasn’t working. When I called the hotel # they were super responsive and able to assist me with zero issues.

-When I arrived around 10PM at night the front door (which is supposed to require a code) was left propped open because the mechanism holding the door jamb was broken. Another guest had to tape it back lest every time someone exits the door was left wide open to anyone on the street which is a huge security issue for a self-service hotel with no staff watching the lobby! -The lobby and elevators smelled like a mix of feet and sweat. I saw cleaning staff come and go and occasionally the smell would dissipate but then always come back? Upper level hallways and my room smelled fine though thankfully. -Lower level (basement) smelled terrible like sweat, feet, and mildew. -Only working water refill station was in the gym in the lower level, the other one was broken and literally hanging off the wall.

La illuminacio de l’habitació és escassa sobretot a l’area de menjar. El sistema de posar el codi a l’ascensor fallava molt

The place I stayed at should have been cleaner and better maintained. There were visible signs of neglect, such as areas held together with duct tape and patches of rust.

Whilst not for everyone I liked the “app experience” to check in. Location was superb. Having a kitchen was nice. Supermarket and 7-11 around the corner.

Bed was a tad small and noise from the street was high.
