Location was perfect. Checking in and out was easy. Front desk personnel were all so nice.

The staff at front desk and security were fantastic. They were so responsive to my texts with questions. The food was best I’ve had at a hotel in years. Property is super well maintained which I am critical of usually. They do a great job. Felt very comfortable and safe there. Loved going to Beverly Center across the street. Lobby super chic and fun.

Restaurant added 20% gratuity which I did not notice until after 3 meals and adding 20% for tip on top

Bar was small. No seats available and there were just a few people sitting at the bar.

I am appreciative of the fact that management moved us to a nicer room on the 6th floor after we complained about our horribly, loud and disruptive neighbors on the 3rd floor. That being said, the 3rd floor room was rather small for a price of $800+ for 2 nights. I think the room we were on the 6th floor was much more deserving of that price tag.

Noisy neighbors which wasn't the hotels fault at all, but the house keeping starting vacuuming at 7 am on a Saturday was definitely not appreciated and that was the fault of the hotel. we called to complain about that which is what lead to our moving to the 6th floor.

Location is in the zone and you have fantastic shopping and services at Beverly Center just 2 minutes walk away.

The restaurant and bar were unavailable when I visited.

The Hotel acts like since we booked on booking.com we should get a bad room, they throw in your face that you booked via a third-party travel site.

Rude front desk staff, they think because you book from Booking.com you are broke.

I loved the look and feel of the property. Everything was high class and polished.

Pool area is not what it looks like on website in any way. It’s very small & old. Needs totally updating. Rooms were big but very old fashioned, horrible brown carpet. Need updating. Not what the website shows. Very overpriced & not value for money.

Staff and location

The room was very outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The price we paid to the quality of the accommodation was not comparable. We stayed in the Sofitel before a number of times internationally but the quality and comfort of the room at Sofitel Beverly Hills was quite disappointing considering the price we paid for the accommodation. We felt we were paying for a 5 star plus Hotel but getting the accommodation of a Motel.

Got a room with a wonderful view of the Hollywood Hills. The layout was neat and functional. The bed was comfortable and we slept well both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the new self filling water stations and reusable bottles that they added as part of their sustainability effort. Location was good. Safe neighborhood. Accessible to ride share.

Walls are thin but went in expecting this as we stayed here before so it didn't bother us. We kept the thermostat fan on through the night to minimize outside noise.

The Sofitel never disappoints. Friendly staff, good clean spacious rooms, easy 10 minute to Hollywood star walk, massive shopping centre across the road.

Pagué un upgrade y me dieron la primera noche una habitación con una muy bonita vista pero arriba de un equipo de máquinas que hacían muchísimo ruido y eso es pésimo en un hotel que el descanso debe de ser prioritario, me cambiaron a una mejor habitación por petición mía y me cobraron el upgrade completo y eso me pareció totalmente injusto pagar un servicio que no cumplieron.
