Noisy in the early morning, due to roosters and moving working trucks. The outside bar didn’t have all drinks advertised. the food outside was ok, just ok. But the Hot Tin roof was great. everything about it was great.

Location was fantastic and the room was very comfortable.

I wished I had planned better regarding the renovations.

Local hotel staff could not support at 18:00 with information for where to rent speed boat early in the moning bacause we had short time in Key west. They said i had to wait until day after 10:30 for the concierrge which was too late for us For us it was critical and they didnt do the extra effort to provide us with an answer

Location was fantastic Staff were very friendly and helpful

We hadn’t realised the pool was closed for refurbishment when we booked

Valet parking, bellman, super comfy beds, large rooms, perfect location beside Mallory Square. Walked straight out to sunset pier and watched the boats sail by.
