Clean rooms, very nice and kind cleaning staff and room service. Although the hotel wasn't cheap, we feel it had good value for money. The room was ok.

The room amenities were very minimal. No robes or slippers for example. The WiFi was very slow and the air conditioning in the room was turning-on by itself with no way to keep it off. The IT guy that came to help said it needed to be "reprogrammed" and he just disconnected the cooling abilities, meaning the air conditioning was still on and making noises but without any ability to cool, which might be worse.

L'hôtel a la taille plus "humaine" que les hôtels du Strip. On a bcp aimé la déco. On mange très bien dans les différents restaurants de l'établissement. Parking gratuit! Uber pour aller au Strip pour +/- 12$.

The sewer smell coming out of the restroom made me give it a low rating because we had to shower with that smell and close the door after the restroom if not the whole room smelled like sewer

Room was looking like renewed , big hotel. No breakfast included in any kind of room , but you can order inroom service or they have several caffe downstairs . Corner rooms has good view

Stylish hotel and rooms. It's also well located and has a parking lot nearby which is convenient.

We arrived to the hotel around 3/4PM but the spas, pool were already nearing closing time. We couldn't use any of the amenities. The room also has sensors (?) I believe in the food/drinks/snacks in the room and if you happened to pick up any by mistaken, you're seemingly automatically charged for the items. There's a very small sign that indicates it but it would be wise for the hotel to make that clearer to guest.

The rooms are well designed and practical.

The Ressort is just more a less second class compared to atmosphere, quality of staff and services in the big hotels. The gambling area and restaurants are empty during weekdays… therefore the staff is unmotivated and does not impress at all. Especially annoying was that the lower pool area was closed. The upper area had no umbrellas at all.. a ridiculous decision by the manager at 110 or 42 degrees C … the lower pool has umbrellas … but is closed … in the evening the bar, which has not much of an atmosphere to begin with is full with people from conventions in the hotel.

It was clean tidy and modern

Loud music throughout the hotel, pool area and grounds all day long. Nowhere to escape this. With daytime temperatures 40 degrees plus there was inadequate areas for which shade umbrellas had been provided I stayed for two nights yet the hotel has charged me for three nights. Each time they used the wrong card despite assurances by those at the reception desk that they would use the card they took an imprint of on the day. I now anticipate a struggle getting my money back. I expect booking.com to assist with this but no doubt they won’t.

Super modernes Hotel und stylische Zimmer. Hervorragende Pool-Area. Nettes Personal. Perfekt, wenn man ruhig schlafen und dennoch in der Nähe vom Strip sein möchte. Restaurants mit leckerem Essen.

Walk from the hotel registration/checkin desk to the room was extremely LONG. There should be a closer or easier way to get to the rooms. The bed was dirty, the seating area part of the bedframe. The clerk at registration tried to upsell our room to a strip view but we already booked a strip view room.

The hotel room was wonderful - very large, comfy bed, large sitting room area… pool was great.

Had the worst check-in experience. Staff person was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Breakfast was very expensive for very average food.

Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Loved the oversized bathroom, living area and vanity. Strip view was meh but the big windows were great. Also the pool was amazing!

Misleading advertisement: booked in the Ruby tower because it said the room included a coffee/tea maker—VERY important to me—but the room didn’t have one. When I called the front desk, I was told none of those rooms had them, unless I paid more for an upgrade (thought I already did?) and that I would have to go downstairs to purchase coffee instead. Also says microwave, fireplace and other amenities which was not accurate. Check-in took way too long, not enough staff. Walk to strip was further than expected but not a dealbreaker.

The overall room design is nice and the room storage organizer consideration is done very well. The bed is very comfortable. As well, it is nice to have parking for free service. In general, we had very nice service staff support when needed.

The juice fridge is only designed for selling their product, we cannot put our own drink unless we are willing pay the $40 to take out their drinks in the fridge. The hotel should clarify that fridge service with fee in the advertisement. There is no free coffee/tea available in the room, only 2 small bottles of water provided daily. Hence, we found the resort fee is not worth for the value.

The prices for food were too high

I liked the mid-century desert vibe of the place and all of the upgrades in decor in the restaurants and pool areas. Kassi Beach pool was not opened yet but looked good. Food at the restaurants was also very good and there were plenty pf places to get sundries and coffee. The Spa was also very nice and the massage excellent.

What I didn't like was the casino areas of the hotel. It seemed that In the midst of this desert oasis there was a black hole where you were transported to back to the Stardust Casino before its demolition. It felt sad, dingy and out of step with the image the Virgin Hotel was trying to project.

Property wasn’t clean

Lobby and outside of property was nice looking but the rooms were super basic. Free parking was also a bonus. Hair and bath products were good. Fitness facility very nice. Location not bad just a few minutes off the strip but noisy with the proximity to airport and jets constantly taking off and landing.

Because of proximity to airport, it was noisy with jets, especially depending on the wind direction. Resort fee is a joke as it included internet and 2 'bottles of water'. The TV constantly buffered signal, couldn't access Hulu and Netflix which were also supposed to be included in the resort fee, and the bottles of water were the size of a cup. Yes the water was in bottles but barely enough to fill a cup!! See attached pics.

Gute Lage, tolles weitläufiges Hotel mit kostenfreiem Parkhaus. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, generell bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Zimmer smart und top modern. Guter Service, daß Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußweg 10 Minuten zum Strip oder 3 Minuten mit dem Uber. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Interstate -15 ist zügig und nahe gelegen ebenso der Airport.

Das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau, Die Wege im Hotel sind weitläufig ;o)
