Location

Handicap room didn't have sink space, or storage space.

They have charged an extra 90$ for 3rd person saying its not allowed to stay more than 2 people in one room which they didn’t specify in their hotel policies and the lady over the counter was so rude to give us the bill which we paid she jus gave her bank statement make sure guys bfore u checkin

daily clean, fridge in room, free parking

the neighborhood is not fantastic, near the hotel there isn’t services, but not bad for visit LA with Car.

The evening office staff - she stated she was from Peru - so pleasant and so helpful. Delightful!

Check-out - I asked for a receipt and was told that none were provided. Robert (the name he gave) in the office, showed no interest and clearly did not care.

The location was very near the part of town I needed to be in and made commuting easier.

Nothing against the business. My stay went very well but the road volume is pretty high if you like to have the window open.

The drapes need changing, desperately.
