I liked the proximity of hotel to train station, very convenient for a couple of tired travelers literally a couple minutes by taxi from station or walkable if you’re traveling light. The young Hispanic lady that checked us in (didn’t get her name) was extremely nice and friendly. We only stayed one night but I must admit hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was quiet, clean and very spacious as well as bathroom and it included fridge and microwave and big screen TV. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Also included an adequate continental breakfast and coffee. What moré can you ask for? Great value for the money IMO, I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

All Staff members are welcoming and professional. I will definitely be booking this for the next vacation for me and my family. Rooms were very nice and always kept up with amazing cleaning service while out of our room. My children especially loved the breakfast!.

i booked a second stay and without giving me a call or a heads up they canceled my room because of a invalid card number? so i get to the hotel and i am turned away may 2 2023 the lady working the morning shift was so rude and uneducated worse experience ever if im not accommodated for this I definitely will be reaching out to corporate!

I have stayed there before sa few times and I had the same very friendly staff and all .

Very good value hotel with a decent breakfast and parking included and close to town.

Breakfast is good, always clean our room and change the towels. The employees always listen to our request.

I came to stay because my place flooded it's down the street from my house. You get a clean place at a good price. Accidentally got the smoking room but actually didn't smell so Smokey.

There's only one person in the front desk who runs the place so most of the time he's not at the desk. You got to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Also you're not allowed to check in till after 3:00 p.m. not even to just get a key and wait outside.

This hotel was close to downtown and not next to any homeless encampments. The parking was free. The hotel room was clean; no bedbugs. The shower water pressure was great. They have a fridge and a microwave inside the room, which is rare these days. Really easy to just heat up leftover food. Staff was friendly.

The pillows were absolutely awful. Hotel management needs to change the lumpy pillows. They have the worst, most uncomfortable hotel pillows ever and I did not even think that was possible. Bring your own pillow (maybe even a neck pillow) or just sleep on your own clothes for more comfort.

The behavior of the front desk staff is just too good.

Location is not exactly downtown.
