Very giod

It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hosts were very nice.

The room was a bit hot and stuffy. We had a fan, but we also had to keep a dehumidifier running because we were in a room in the basement and it smelled a bit musty. There was only one small window to the outside for fresh air.

tiny bathroom, didn't realize this was a room in a home. Tried to take an afternoon nap when we arrived but was too noisy. didn't have 24/7 access to coffee maker or ice. No nearby restaurants.

We arrived late at night and we are relieved that Ann is waiting for us. The house is modern, clean and spacious.

Very friendly hostess, helpful with information about the area. Very clean accommodations, beautiful garden.

The only thing I can say about my room, no hangers in the room which wasn't a problem for me as I only stayed one night.

Large room with 2 double beds and a sitting area. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Owner was polite and welcoming. Price was good.

Bathroom was tight but adequate.

Anna is very friendly and does reply to emails. The room was clean and it had a good size tv. The bed was comfy and clean.

They should not call it a bead and breakfast as there is NO breakfast. They do provide a kitchen area and utensils, but no food. Coffee is available for you to brew yourself.

Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The location in Stratford was ideal for exploring Charlottetown and many parts of the island. Very good price for the room, probably because it's not in Charlottetown.

Our host was very friendly. Unfortunately, English is not her first language so it was a challenge at times to gather more information about the island and driving directions.

The room was wonderful - spacious, clean, fully equipped (wifi, smart tv, toiletries). Great view and beautifully finished. The house itself is lovely, with a large communal kitchen and minutes from both the beach and downtown Charlottetown. The owner was friendly and accommodating. It honestly saddens me that some people would actually leave a poor review because English isn't her first language. We found her very respectful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

I really liked the room and the owner was very sweet. It's a little hard to understand her accent so if anyone is talking to her talk slowly. Overall the room was completely worth the price.

Although it was a B&B, there was no breakfast available.

There was no tv reception available.

The Seaview White House is six km. from the capital city and seemed to suit the parameters we were looking for. The property is privately held but not a B&B; I booked a ”family” suite on the second floor. Upon arrival, it proved to be a well-appointed suite with a very large bathroom (twin underset sinks over antique cabinets, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower), master bedroom with a king-size sleigh bed, daybed and futon. The location is a great jumping off point to explore the capital city.

We had a few issues getting the heat going (it used an unusual, not intuitive system) but the owner was there to explain it. We were surprised to find that only Netflix was provided, which we couldn’t get to work.

Host was welcoming.

Located in basement. Strong !! odour of mildew. Very cold. Poor mattress-sagged in middle. Poor pillows. Thin bedding. Cobwebs on bathroom ceiling. Dirty air vents. No coffee maker or coffee supplies. No kettle.

Staff not available on arrival. Confusing check in procedure.

No breakfast was available. Price should have included breakfast. Appreciated the cleanliness!!!!!

Walking trails nearby would be nice. Staff with knowledge about the surrounding area would be helpful.

Notice: This place is listed under Bed & Breakfast, but there’s no breakfast included or served! Make sure you don’t get a room in the basement, it’s cold and damp down there.
