The staff is exceptional and the rooms are immaculate. I love that there is a little "market" off the lobby which is perfect for an extra coffee in the morning, or a late night snack. The laundry room is also quite handy.

The rooms on the lower inside floors are a little loud. I've stayed in a few different rooms and struggle to keep the windows shut. That could be on me though and I just can't push them far enough for the latches to grab.

Very close to the foggy bottom metro station. Walking distance to Georgetown. Room is spacious and clean. Has many usb outlets to charge your devices.

Corridors can get very chilly due to the air conditioning.

Está alejado del centro. Me pidieron una fianza de 150$ que no me han devuelto, pese a que la he reclamado muchas veces: ni he roto nada ni he robado nada

Location was good, close to metro station and tourist spots On site mini shop with some good options. Nice communal dining/lounge area.

The hotel was located in a good enough place. The staff were so kind. Very pet friendly.

I would stay at the hotel during the winter. The HVAC system was noisy and doesn't regulate. Catering was missing as missing as well.

There is a seating area nearby the little market area with a bunch of tables and lots of electric plugs. The board games are a nice touch! My kid and I played a few of the old school board games. Front desk staff are amazing. Michelle was very welcoming and got us checked in quickly! Walkabity to Foggy Bottom Metro was a huge plus. The room was spacious with a nice sitting area. The coffee maker and fridge were a great addition.

Beware - The walls are thin!!! Very awkward when the loud vocal sounds of intercourse coming from behind our headboard woke up my child on our last night. You can hear other people’s tvs through the wall and people talking. Which is bearable I suppose but yikes the other sounds. The windows don’t seal so it’s drafty and when it’s windy it’s quite loud. The heater is also loud. We aren’t light sleepers and we sleep with a sound machine every night even at the hotel. But this heater was still too loud. It would randomly make a rattling noise and I’d have to get up and wack the heater and the rattling sound would stop.

Not enough towels, shampoos weren’t refilled. Some front desk staff were excellent while others weren’t as helpful.

No sabía el cobro de 150 dólares de garantía, las que se devuelven entre 5 a 10 días después del Check out. Pésimo,ya que debiese devolverse de inmediato y en Booking no me lo mencionaron.

When we got to our room, the heat was on and the temperature was insane (pushing 26 C). So we naturally wanted to crack a window only to notice the windows were broken. One of them literally fell from the frame and the others could be cracked a few cm. Someone came and fixed it so we could open the window in the end. The only issue left was that the windows were so poorly isolated that you could see the curtain being moved by the wind outside. After the issue with the window has been fixed, we noticed the TV did not work. The same man came back and tried to fix it but failed. Since we were there for only the night, asked him to let it go . Based on the price I was expecting much more from this hotel.

Nice location. Room was clean and the staff was wonderful. Great location in very walkable neighborhood. Good value.

Maintenance issues. TV didn’t work, very noisy vent in bathroom and hole near ceiling that was plugged with paper. We were only stay one night or I would have asked for another room. Limited parking. Had to park in a different garage but hotel did give us a 25% off coupon
