The pool and hott tubs were very warm and nice!

The food was overpriced and not what I would expect from a “upper scale” restaurant.

great stay. great location. staff was friendly and very nice. Food was great. Awesome grounds.

My only two complains is having to valet car every time I left resort and there was no decent and fast place to get a coffee or breakfast.

Breakfast was awesome.

The outdoor pool and hot tub is beautiful and spacious. The ski valets do a great job.

Principal reason we reserved at Spruce Peak Lodge over holiday week was ski in/ski out access to Easy Over Gondola. The gondola was not working the entire time we were at the lodge and the lodge did nothing to alter the pricing to demonstrate their understanhding that this was a significant loss during the high-priced holiday week. The lodge also needs to do a better job with the valet services during holiday week as we missed some reservations due to long wait times for our vehicle. Also--disappointing that the outdoor new year's eve show was cancelled and nothing was set up indoors to replace this.

great location, clean, nice staff at the arrival valet are superb, front desk little less good great food choice in the restaurant and great wine list.

the sleeping couch was unfortunately not comfortable at all I booked for 3 and my son had to sleep on this couch that you feel every single spring, the bedding shits where not cotton and at night I could see static electric lights from my king side bed and my son bed. missing some charme and mountain character to be honest I’m used to ski in Europe I was expecting better

We asked for one king room and one double bed room but fir 2 king rooms. They were unable to satisfy this request which made it a bit difficult with sleeping arrangements. Other than that everything was excellent!
