Very good value. Wonderful welcoming manager, Rocky, made me feel very comfortable. Room was very clean and as expected for the price.

The receptionist, Chloe, was very welcoming - doing the best she could with what they had. Do wonder if she knew that our room - even though it was a free upgrade - was dirty and had issues? The location was excellent - we could walk the The Stowe Recreational Trail to the village for breakfast - everything was close by....

Upon check in we were told we got a free upgrade to a room with a fireplace and balcony - that was great! - but then I was told that they don't come to the room to clean daily which I responded by saying we are only there a couple nights so no worries - but when we then got to the room it was very dirty and the upkeep was also poor - ate my words and didn't call the front desk - the bed was clean and very comfortable - but it is too bad that post COVID = substandard care - suppose it is hard to find good help and people that will want to clean and tend to upkeep - just disappointing when you are on a once a year vacation that you worked so hard for - we still work as hard as we ever did to pay for our vacation - but it seems like other businesses use COVID as excuses for lower quality service and care - charge more money for less, etc. - staycations are looking better all the time....

many things to keep kids busy the location is perfect rooms are renovated nicely comfortable beds the hiking trails on property

the pool and hot tub needs updates no s’mores on Sundays kids were disappointed lol nothing that would stop me from staying here again

Staff were responsive replacing the broken TV and unclogging the john.

Our room was next to the ice/vending machine room with people going in and out all the time. Pool and locker rooms were not clean. Pool was full of hair and floating debris. Locker room had broken lockers and had not been cleaned. Room had a broken TV, clogged John.
