The room was on the bottom floor which I loved. The was clean they had daily housekeeping the front desk was very accommodating.

The water slide was under construction .

Everything was clean and user friendly. When we arrived then young lady at the desk moved our room next to our family’s room so we were next door to each other.

They scheduled us for a presentation and we rearranged our schedule. Then when we arrived, the said we weren’t scheduled???

I believe this is our 4th stay. We have kids ranging 6-12 yrs old. We felt safe giving them a small amount of freedom. We felt safe leaving our car unattended. Everything was clean and in good shape. From the buildings, grounds and pool area. I like there is NO parking deck and that it’s only 3-4 floors. You are able to get in and out fast, even with the guard shack. Plenty of room in each rental.

Nothing negative I can think of.

I loved the lazy river and the heated pool. The villa was smaller than expected, but turned out cozy and perfect for this family of 4. I was able to easily fit an air mattress in living room even when sofa couch was pulled out. Our villa was tastefully decorated and loved having a washer and dryer in villa. The screened in patio was excellent with not bugs to get us. Close to everything including The Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach.

Check in was at 4 but our room wasn't ready till 4:40. After a 10 hour drive we just wanted to get settled. Parking spaces are super narrow.

The location was wonderful

I didn't like that we had to wait 2 hours before getting a room when check-in time was at 4 pm. Arrival around 6ish room wasn't ready.

+ Staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. + Location was good and allowed for non-interrupted rest.

- At the arrival we had to change apartment twice. The first two apartments were dirty (see picture£ and had the very bad smell. The third apartment didn’t smell nice either, but we were too tired to change it again. - running water in the bath tube was either very warm or hot (not possible to adjust to cold temperature). Each time we returned from the beach, we wanted to take semi-cold shower to cool down. But it was not possible. - check in for guests was organized in one of the apartments. Main reception was under renovation . Strange that renovation takes place during summer peak season - lack of restaurant or bar opened during evening hours.

The check out time is too early. I think 10am is tad bit early for a checkout time.

Loved the location next to Broadway at the Beach. I loved the entire grounds because it was clean and laid out well. The pools were outstanding. Plenty of things to do right on the grounds of the resort.

It would have been good to have lights on the miniature golf course. But, it was still good. And, I wish the bar/grill would have been open until at least 11 pm. It would have been good on certain nights to eat/drink/party right by the pool and walk back to your room. But, these were minor, the place was great and these things don't dimminish that.

I like the size of the room and the location to eateries and shopping. We were there for a family reunion and it was 5 minutes away from the venue so that was awesome .

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay except the fact we had a 4pm check in and upon arrival the room wasn't ready so we had to wait until after 6:30 to get in our room and our key card didn't work at first.

The 2 beds in one bedroom were to close to the walls. The toilets are too low.

Very nice resort, clean & spacious rooms and convenient location

All pools are only 3FT deep & the water was so warm (hot) that there is no refreshing effect at all (have been there end of July). The Pool Bar has odd opening hours and the Barkeeper (only one) is completely overwhelmed which makes you wait awhile

I like that they have a bar at the pool and things for the kids, rooms are nice the carpet needs a little cleaning and the beds need better bedding, other than that I really enjoyed this resort

What couldn't I not like about this place.

Very clean, friendly staff, activities for the kids although they didn't do much on the property.

They only cleaned the room on our last day there. We had to wash towels, washcloths, and other supplies there. The closing times to do activities sucked.

The pools and activities for the children

The rooms and the furniture is dated. The room was very small and we seen roaches in 1710. In 1727 there were food particles under the bed at the time we checked in.
