Water pressure in the sink was terrible. Breakfast was DISAPPOINTING 😞. Also booked a room with a king size bed, but was given a room with 2 queen beds.

The spirited and wonderful front desk agent was beyond accommodating and so pleasant.

The staff were amazing! Everybody was so helpful and pleasant.

The facility it seemed needs a little TLC. The first night I spent there was in a room that had a broken handle on the toilet so that you couldn't flush it without lifting the lid and pulling the flapper. That same room had nothing but scalding hot water in the shower, it was impossible to get cool or cold water to come out of the shower head and the maintenance guy said that it would take too much time to repair something like that so they moved me to another room on my second day. They have a customer laundry and after buying detergent from the hotel shop and getting lots of quarters to feed the machine and hitting the start button discovered that the machine was out of order and another maintenance man came and tried to get the washing machine to start but was unable to so they placed an out of order sign on the machine and refunded me my quarters. I asked if I could get a refund on the laundry soap since I wasn't able to wash clothes and the front desk clerk told me they did not know how to do that and I would have to talk to the manager the next morning which I did and they took the laundry soap off my room charges. When I went to check out my total was about $50 more than what I was expecting and the morning front desk attendant tried to convince me that the difference was taxes even though my booking through booking.com said total charges including taxes. It seems that when they moved me to a different room that changed the rate for all three days so after I made a little bit of a fuss and asked him to explain it to me the manager issued a rebate to my charges to make it come out to the amount quoted me by booking.com. Again all the staff were very pleasant and helpful so much so that one of the porters helped me move rooms and I wanted to tip him but he wouldn't accept anything from me.

The cleanliness of the room

The ac was super cold and only directed in one area. And then the rest of the room stayed humid and was very uncomfortable sleeping like that. The bed sheets constantly felt wet because of the humidity

The outside door didn't lock the room didn't have microwave and the toilet was to small for tall ppl. The price was high for that particular hotel.
