The staff was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttles were timely and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The price was more than fair for such a nice establishment.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was great.

my room was not to my expectations. housekeeping continuously tried to get in my room on the first night I did put up a do not disturb sign

Clean property

staff okay, but quiet hours marked 11p-5am. they had music playing outside that could be heard in the room and out in hallway. why would you have music playing at 5am for. Also the restaurant and hotel not on same page with the pay more for the breakfast purchase. they made it seem like it was my fault. Didn’t really matter since we were not in room more than to sleep but didn’t get the room I purchased online. overall will not stay with Holiday Inn again. should be made to feel welcome not a nuisance. Had to complain and ask about breakfast and straighten that issue out and have them turn music off at 11:15 pm. This is attention to detail request to property.

music playing till 11pm and starting at 5am. why in the heck would you turn music on at 5am for when you know you can hear it inside rooms!

Our first hotel we had chosen said you over booked. So we had to scramble to find another hotel. This was our only choice. We talked to someone at booking and said since we over booked that he will compensate the difference because our second hotel was a little more expensive.
