It was very close to the zoo and white river state park. This was about the only things that was really good about this hotel.

There was no ice on our side of the hotel. We had to go to the complete other side. I spent a lot of money to stay one night and had to walk forever to get ice. We had four people, we had to fill the ice bucket multiple times. The ice machine in our hotel was a 10 second walk from our room. When asked the front desk about the ice, they said this side of the hotel didn't have any ice at all. Very disappointed in this. Why didn't they tell us this when we checked into the hotel!!

the lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the staff was amazing!! everything was within walking distance for us

the breakfast was ok. the area was really small with lots of people in there it was a bit much parking was awful in the garage

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Les chambres grandes et confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attitude d'Andrea à la réception. Nous sommes descendus trop tard au petit déjeuner. Andrea a trouvé une super solution et a reculé d'une heure notre heure de check out afin que nous puissions prendre un peu plus de temps !

Les lits pas assez fermes à notre goût.

I did not like having to pay $35-$40 per night for parking. The staff was horrible and rude and valet was extremely slow
