Limpeza eles não tem costume de ficar limpando diariamente, no meu caso tive que pedir pra limparem o quarto.

Although I didn't partakers of the breakfast, it looked very nice and appetizing.

I didn't like that the laundry room was only on one floor.

Easy check in, friendly staff, free parking, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

It is not the fancy hotel but It is super close to Orlando. The breakfast was good with the regular hot options and with Mickey waffles. We had an issue with the bathtub, the staff took care of us and we were moved to another room.

Everything was good for the price.

The staff was wonderful. Probably the best hotel staff we have ever encountered! The place was spacious and the shuttle to Universal was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone.

We only wished we had housekeeping come refresh the room while we were gone. But it was still nice and clean.

People are loud in the hallway all night. I think you should post a note asking clients to kindly respect other clients that could be resting and recovering from a long trip.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh and hot. The room was nice. Plenty of room and a fridge and microwave. I enjoyed the view of my room and I enjoyed the two beds and pull out couch.

The room had a nasty odor inside. The room also was not cleaned properly as I found dog food on the floor which had to be from the previous occupants because I don’t travel with a pet. Also found a dog collar on the floor by the couch, which tells me that it wasn’t cleaned entirely.

i loved that the location was close to universal and we were on the first floor .

there were ants in one of the beds , we weren’t able to change rooms bc none were available . the clerk then advised she would take one night off , however I was charged TWICE for the full stay . i had to spend almost 2 hours trying to correct the issue c the manager then called my phone advising me he would reverse the money , next money account is still overdrawn ( thank God for savings and emergency fund ) , come to find out he never reversed the money . the total amount was $731. i conferenced him on the on the line with my bank and he told them to only refund me for $530 which was was incorrect . thank God my credit union knew he was being sheisty and refunded me EVERYTHING and I then paid the $530. the shower also had mud stains but i always clean the tub before using anyways. the ac made a loud noise Al throughout the night . not to mention the pool was dirty and so much chlorine my kids and i had to get out bc it made our skin burn and itch . i would never stay here again.
