Entertainment would have been nice

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hole in fly screen over bedroom window.Property in need of a makeover. Everything feels like it needs replaced, and even a good coat of paint would help. Lovely walk round lake spoiled by lack of maintenance.

The resort was nice. The heated Pools were the best thing and the buffet for breakfast so good and many options. We enjoyed The balcony with mountains view. Overall it was very good.

They didn't have lunch on Mondays and we had to go to the town, like 10 min away after we spent time in the pool and we were all wet.

We didn’t get to use it, as it was too cold to open, but I love the fact that the outside pool is open in winter

The walls of the rooms were very thin. I was woken at 6am by the people above us. Constant running back and forth for nearly 2 hours, presumably a child. This is a difficult thing to complain about, as it’s hardly the families fault that a kid woke up at 6am & there isn’t much the hotel can do, but it did put me off staying again.

How close it was to everything!!

The indoor pool & hot tub were a little cold

love the outdoor pool and hot tub that is open year! can’t beat it.

the hot tub button wouldn’t always work and the electrical sockets in the room wouldn’t work.

Got a phone call from staff around 10:30pm when myself and 2 daughters were getting ready for bed asking if we were playing loud music. We also had banging on the walls I assume from people assuming the music was coming from our room ( IT WAS NOT) THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS WHEN 2 OLDER MEN KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AT ABOUT 11:20 AT NIGHT!!! IMAGINE BEING A SINGLE MOTHER IN A ROOM WITH 2 YOUNG TEENAGE DAUGHTERS WITH ALL THIS HAPPENING. I CALLED FRONT DESK AND TOLD THEM I WOULD APPRECIATE THE HERASSMENT TO STOP. MIND YOU THERE WAS A WEDDING PARTY THAT NIGHT. I'm not sure why anyone would assume why loud music would assume loud music was coming from our room when all you would have to do is put a ear to our door and hear it was not CLEARLYYYY!!!. LITERALLY SO INSANE. AND SCARY. I DIDN'T SLEEP MUCH.

room was old and stink but everything was fine besides the smell
