Absolutely nothing

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are disgusting they smell horrible the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking. I didn’t get any sleep everyone there seems like drug an addicted. I would never stay here again even if it was free

The whole hotel stunk so bad everytime I went out to the hall/ leave the hotel I gagged the smell was unbearable so did my family. The room was okay wasn’t the best the floor was sticky. The hotel wasn’t very clean and it’s rundown

They didn't give me the size bed I reserved and I reserved a queen bed and they gave me 2 double

I didn’t like anything. Worst crackhead hotel ever and the staff at front was rude

The front desk lady that was a manager was rude. I told her I had to service animals and that I had their registration even with me and she asked me what they were four and I told her they are seizure alert dogs. She continued to ask “OK but what are they for?” I’m not sure if she wasn’t comprehending what a seizure alert dog is but I kept repeating it and then she asked me a question that I could’ve honestly sued the entire company for by asking me “oh are you sure you really need two service animals?” And then she continued by telling me that if she catches my dogs in the room by themselves that I will be charged for the pet fee. I left and called Priceline or booking to cancel but since it was the same day, he had to call the hotel first and I told him the situation and he called her and when he got back on the phone with me, he said that she got an entire argument with him over the phone telling him that they will be charging me the one night stay, but thankfully it ended up not getting charged, but I really was very close to seeing the entire hotel for even asking those questions or making threats to make me pay more if they ever caught my service animals alone in the room. The hotel is literally like a Traphouse. Yes, the rooms are big on the right is low. But it is very unsafe. Drugs are being taken in and out of the hotel blues are getting smoked clear is getting smoked a lot of drug addicts. Which honestly those people aren’t even the issue it’s the Hotel staff the way they treat their guests and the way she treated me and my service animals.

When my check out came being as they make you pay for your hole booking and will not refund probably because they knw how bad there hotel is should be shut down

Front desk associate was worthless. Seemed annoyed he had to check me in and do his job. Hotel stunk like smoke and nast chemicals. Beds had pee stains on them. Towels were dirty . Toliet was dirty.

The front desk clerk ( didn't catch her name, prrtyy, younger , redish hair with a lip ring I think.) was very kind and helpful. So was the over night/after hours gentleman.

Basically every other aspect of my stay. Most of the staff was rude, unhelpful. The room was disgusting all around.
