I honestly was disappointed how much trash was outside the building, and homeless people walking around the area. Wife felt unsafe.

As mentioned above, also when I sat in my love seat I got itchy and it smelled like smoke real bad. Looks like no one vacuumed my room or the hall ways.

The beds were very comfy

The wall always were dirty and kept hearing people slamming doors and kids running around late at night

All is well

The toilet kept running had to pull handle up. A tile in bathroom was loose, the refrigerator was loud. Not a good selection for breakfast.

It took two different moves to find a room where the air conditioner worked. There was no coffee maker had to go to the front desk to get the coffee maker took it back to my room and it was broken also. The homeless problem outside made me nervous about leaving my vehicle parked in the parking lot nothing happened fortunately.

Our double Queen room wasn’t ready when we checked in around 4:30. They were short staffed on housekeeping, which I can understand. The front desk said they could put us in a king with pullout couch room. The room wasn’t completely wiped down, moldy air conditioning, bottom of toilet wasn’t wiped down and there was some kind of bodily fluids on the couch. We immediately checked out and informed the front desk about the issues.

The sheets were clean.

Room was not clean - confetti and old food on floor, lights and TV didn't work.

Ac didn’t work. People running around barefoot and dirty. Not worth what they charging for room. Think you be better off at motel 6

All of it was bad verses expectation
