Jacuzzi wasn't working. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never serviced. We were missing soap. We asked each day for service, and each time were told a different account of why we weren't getting serviced, and that our room would be added to the list of rooms serviced the next day... but that never happened.

The room was spacious and comfortable for my family.

Compared to other properties I stayed at in Michigan, this was the best overall.

There was a finger nail clipping in the bathroom sink when I first went to use it.

I loved the outside pool and location

I didn’t like that when we arrived they kept changing the time of check in and on arrival at reception no one was there but could here staff talking behind the scenes and this happened many times

I booked a total of three rooms. The rooms were not cleaned well and one had no toilet paper. I called to the front beak to make them aware of the problem but there was no one available to bring some. I had to go to the the front desk to get it myself. As we were preparing to check out I pulled the covers up on the bed and there was something really gross looking on the comforter. It was brown in color and I could on speculate what it was but I was mortified that I had slept in this bed. Also upon leaving I checked under the bed to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind and there were tons of dust bunnies under there! Thus was totally unacceptable! I talked to the clerk at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do outside of giving me extra reward points.

we had to move rooms bc the first room fridge didn’t work. Then we were locked out of our room 3 times bc the key didn’t stay coded. Anyone could walk into the hotel through the conference entrance because the door lock was broken. instead of fixing it, or barricading it, anyone was free to come and go. There was NO worker even close to this entrance.

Worst tv in any place I have ever stayed. Kids running up and down hallways. Not one bar to hold on to in the shower
