Parking is so good

the manager was going to let us check in 2 hrs early

we enjoyed our stay the room was clean and updated , staff was friendly

I like it!

the bathroom door there was no privacy it was a sliding tomorrow we gave no privacy

Parking garage needs more lighting.

I liked having a kitchen and a separate sort of space to sit and unwind. Also a desk for working was good. Huge closet and bathroom was fine. Good parking also

Kitchen not well equipped at all with silverware and pans and such. Some of the other guests were a little spooky so wondered if it doubles as apartments for low income? It wasn't cheap so not sure, but folks kinda hanging around it appeared but I did feel safe.

Close to Safeway

Water tank of toilet was almost broken. And after hotel staff "cleaned" my room, water tank was completely broken. As I returned to hotel midnight, I hear the noise from toilet but I could not find the root cause. Next morning, I noticed that water has been running.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff at check-in is very nice. Very close by (3 minutes walk) there is a fantastic supermarket with a starbucks.

WIFI! The Wifi was terrible. Early in the morning (before 7) the wifi was okay but during the day and at night it had a terrible reception. I was also dissapointed that the loungchairs around the pool did not have the cushions as displayed on the photo's. Without the cushions the chairs are not very comfortable.

Nothing.

Room was not clean upon arrival, dirty towels were left inside, room furniture is not well maintained, on one of the days there were no hot water in the shower, there is no real breakfast- few items to grab from a fridge with no place to sit. Room is not cleaned daily. Wifi is low quality- difficulty to connect and even then the speed is unacceptable- does not allow to work.
