Loved the modern look everything was on point

That it was newly renovated and clean. Acceptable fee for dogs at $20 per. The surrounding property was nice and clean.

The bed was too soft for my liking. The designated pet area is right next to the outside pool. The outdoor stairs could use some cleaning up so they are just as nice as the inside.

Hotel lobby was pretty

The man I checked in with was less then friendly. Room smelled musty.

The smell. Love walking into a location and the smell is clean. The staff was welcoming. The room was very nice. Renovation well done.

There was nothing that I didn't like. But could include a waffle iron.

The property charged me an extra day! Toilet seat was loose!

When we checked in Mary was at the front desk and greeted us with a warm smile and welcome. Check in was fast and easy. We had a room that was on the 2nd floor and easy to get to. We had parked in the back during our stay and the door was next to the stairs to reach our room was a great convenience going in and out of the hotel. the room as really nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and soft as they just cushioned around you for a great sleep. The TV is a nice setup that both beds could see it without any problems. We were close to a highway and you could not hear traffic noise, even at night. The bathroom was nice and open that 2 people could be in there at the same time. My wife said she really loved the shower as you had a rain type showerhead and a shower wand. The breakfast was simple, but filling as they had scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy to go on them if you wanted. They had a pancake station instead of a waffle type and it was interesting to watch it being made while you waited for them. There were yogurts, cereal and milk plus bread and bagels for toasting. To drinks were juices and coffee. The staff was always friendly and gave you a nice smile and hello when you saw them. The hotel has been renovated and I think it is a great plus for them. Just a side note there is a Mexican restaurant that you can walk to that is in front of the hotel by the highway. The food is really delicious and filling. Make sure to have the churro's for dessert as you will not be disappointed. Check out was easy and pleasant. Mary was there so we were able to thank her for the time we had there and we would definitely be back again.

This is not so much a complaint as just a suggestion that they fix the sliding door for the bathroom to close all the way and not open back up about 6in or so and this was not a thing that we found too inconvenient as we have found from other hotels that we have stayed at from different brands have had the same problem.

It was very clean and you could bring your smaller pets (dogs).

Had to remake the bed, as the sheets on the one side of the bed were wet!

our only complaint was the water pressure our last day was nonexistent. brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, and they apologized. Was too late for our stay, but hope it got fixed for the next person.

Tornado safe zone signs not present in any of the hallways and severe storms hit the area that night of our stay.
