The location, the friendly service.

Had to pay for parking, the kitchen was kind of hard to cook in The burners took forever to heat up. The shower took 10 to 15 minutes for hot water. The place is nostalgic and I love that, but it needs some updating.

private beach, clean and complete pool with bar, property security person always on the look out, did not get his name but older gentleman looks like he used to be in the force, police or Armed, staff always cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, etc keeping all areas clean. door man courteous, valet parking looking alive and Ready to assist anyone arriving. front desk nice with excellent attitude.

still no continental breakfast. our 3rd stay here. and would be nice for some of us to be able and eat a little bagels, snacks coffee etc.

The beach was amazing, all of the workers were very friendly, especially at the tiki bar and the people running the beach chair service are amazing, thank you Mark! The rooms are clean, wish we could have gotten an upgrade when we checked in to see the pool or ocean but none were available.

Great value for breakfast & delicious! Tiki hut nice, but need more working fans. Beach people - GREAT. Jenny & Mark were wonderful. SPA was excellent. Maytee especially.

The location is fantastic. The pool and hot tub are great.

When we were there, they had elevator problems and the toilet was not draining correctly. They also don't clean the rooms, bringing towels, etc. on the weekends.

Having stayed at this property many times, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, attention to customers and overall service. On the last day, we found a cockroach on the floor, which really left us wondering what happened to this property. We will be staying elsewhere in the future.

The beach area to relax. The pool was ok but not nearly large enough to accommodate a full hotel of visitors. Hard to get a chair unless you got out there first thing in the morning Only 1 server working the entire pool area and tiki bar the entire stay. We had to wait long periods of time for a drink order or food order.

Our room toilet was so loud and would randomly go off every 15 minutes or so. Called in to have it fixed and it wasn't fixed. The A/C unit in the room is TOO LOUD and goes off and on all night long. Our room was probably the worst location and view....it had a concrete barrier so when seated we looked right at the wall. 1 foot in front of us. Terribly disappointing. The restaurant is very dirty and so in need of updating. The light fixtures throughout are full of dirt and grime and cobwebs. Years of not cleaning to get like that I'm sure. The restaurant menus were a joke....copied over and over on a machine they provide you with a piece of paper that so blurry of the menu items. The cigarette smoking underneath the Tiki Bar area was completely unacceptable and made me want to vomit. In these changes times smoking should be limited to outdoor open areas. It smelled like a nasty wet ashtray. We couldn't eat near that hut for this reason. Staff overall were great people. This Vacation Club needs to get it together with updates, cleanliness and modern features like an actual menu when seated. Our room was just awful for what we paid for our stay...nearly $2000 total for 5 days. Hard to sleep with the toilet issue and the air conditioning being so loud. Totally wrong to charge us premium room price for the most god awful room. And they have to know this.....no updates in many years.

Our room was located over an area that was possibly sitting in facility equipment so to say it was noisy is an understatement .My issue is I called the front desk any they reassured me that a manager would call no one ever called or try to give us better accommodations!!! What terrible customer service
