Neat beach, great amenities. Clean Rooms.

Hallway looked like there were vomit stains on the floor. We were only there for one night and in their defense, we didn’t call the desk to let them know.

Booked because it had a restaurant and gym..1st day no gym or restaurant to be found had to go elsewhere then rent a car to get there booking.com lied. Also cost me 100.00 for cleaning every day ..we requested no one in our room. Still paid 400.00 for cleaning. Requested ocean view..got parking lot hot sunny view of pavement. Water in pool to hot.Many people in Lobby complaining...

On the beach but could not swim in the sea as there were jelly fish everywhere.

Left a day early and wouldn’t give a refund for day not there, even though we had a large credit on our final bill. The room was not cleaned for 2 days and we had to beg to get clean towels. Slow part of the season and there was limited parking. People at reception rude and non responsive. The food at the only restaurant was poor quality .

Near the ocean. Has a beach with sunrise view. Lots of activities inside the resort. Restaurants nearby.

The nosiest air condition i ever seen in a hotel. I couldn't sleep at all. This hotel shouldn't operate under the sign of Marriot.

The room was amazing we had an amazing ocean view. I had requested a higher room and that is what I received, so that was great! Great location. Room was very clean and spacious.

Everything was amazing l. No complaints at all. Came off the margaritaville cruise and couldn’t check in until 4. Still had access to pool and all amenities which was amazing.

Location. Room was good..but everything else seems to be out dated....

the resort is beautiful and had many things to do for all ages. our room was lovely, clean and spacious and had everything we needed. we met some great people during our stay and had a very enjoyable relaxing vacation.

I would have liked to select which building I would like to stay in when I booked our stay. Not enough parking spaces. the drinks are very pricey and not the best. $35.00 for two small piña colada’s that were not frozen like they are supposed to be but had chunks of ice in them instead. The worst part of our stay was the many dogs that we’re running around freely on the beach. They trampled over peoples stuff and shook all over us and the owners neither cared or tried to control their animal 😡.I don’t mind dogs on a beach as long as they are well managed and the owners clean up after them.

The room was very spacious, had a full kitchen and dining area. Location was close to the airport and the beach.

The restaurant options on site were lacking. Really only one location for lunch/dinner.

Location was close to a 7 Eleven I went to to get bottled water because the Marriott only had Aquafina, which is terrible. After leaving 7 Eleven in my car I heard 5 gun shots near me in the parking lot. Suddenly police were everywhere searching for the shooter.

I thought it was a Marriott resort hotel. So disappointed in the bars and restaurant options. Had to drive to the Marriott up the island for a decent experience. Water coming out of the shower was green in the tub. Sent a pic to my wife to show her how gross it was.

Comfortable room and bed

Bad food options. Plastic everywhere - get up to speed with 2023. Expensive for terrible area with few decent restaurants.

It is in front of the beach and has several swimming pools. We had an entire appartment, so space was not a problem.

The staff at the reception were very grim. The decoration overall was rather gloomy, specially in the appartment. Also the sofa bed had no sheets in it, we had to look for them and there was barely enough to make it (one sheet and one thin blanket), even if we paid for 3 people. All the resort feels like there is a general lack of effort in making the place look, feel nice and personal. You just felt like customer number 15000. Also the neighborhood was not very recommendable to walk around, specially at night.

Came in a little early, and was able to get into my room early. Room was very comfortable, and had an amazing view.

Tiki bar closed very early, and the traffic between my room and the Gulf was very busy.

The pools and the room was great

The person from frontdesk was rude at check out. I was raining hard with a tornado alert and they want us to leave in that moment. I waiting to pass the alert but we have to run a leave asap because they even send someone to knock the door. I told them if we can leave at 11am but the didn't care. We have to left with the heavy rain
