Close to the airport
Several areas were not very clean. Property is not very well taken care of.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast option was very minimal.

Comfortable bed, nice sized room, good lighting over faucet. Shuttle to the airport was ready at my requested time!

The area felt safe
Super gross. Lots of stains, everything just looked dirty I even found a cigarette on the windowsill. The bed made a horrible noise every time you move because it sits on a weird metal box. The toilet seat was not on properly the walls looked covered in pee is was nasty

Hard time understanding the employees, they didn't speak good clear English. They kept the front doors locked open and caused flies to pester us during breakfast and let the cool air out. The pool area was left dirty with trash all over the tables. We chose not to even use the pool due to it being dirty and nasty. The elevator was horrifying. It sounded like it was going to explode as it reached the top floor. I've recently had a knee replacement and fixing to have the other knee and a hip done soon, but the elevator was so scary that I walked up and down three flights of stairs. Our floor stunk so bad of marijuana that it gave my husband , daughter and I bad headaches. Room was not stocked with soap or shampoos. My family will not be using Days Inn anymore.

Location
There was an air filter freshener plugged into our room when we got there it was extremely loud i turned to off carpet was wet and reeked of VOMIT which explains the freshener I complained and it fell on deaf ears extremely disappointed for $140!!!! I will be writing corporate not only was this unsanitary it's a health hazard

Kind staff, especially the woman who checked us out and drove the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Fun little indoor pool. Front desk is stocked with snacks and some microwave food for sale. Laundry available on site.
Industrial park near the airport is safe but nothing close by. One restaurant at another hotel and a gas station are all that are in walking distance. Good location for a last night in town.
Nice room but shower could have used a few repairs.

The manager, a Mr. Patel, was stern, unfriendly, and rude.
Also, he charged me $7 per day for parking, even though I had been told five dollars a day, and the website still stated $5 per day.
He offered no explanation, and talked down to me as though he were lecturing someone whom he thought was a lesser individual than himself.

there was nobody at the front desk and it took 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone to check us in.

Location was nice to be close to the airport, all else was not fair
The room was not clean, stains on floors and furniture, staff was not helpful, breakfast was terrible and no options, you can hear everything coming from the neighbor rooms and above us, we could not find staff to check out of the room. The staff that was there was on the phone putting in her work notice with management

children 9 to 12 stomped their feet yelled knocked on doors unruly until 11 at night. The bedspread had moth holes in it. Shampoo and soap dispenser mounted on wall at shower did not put out soaps

We'll see where to start beds will uncomfortable they kept sliding around at 2:30 in the morning he had a lot of people come in and smell a pot I would knock you down elevator broke down they put a handicap man on third floor with only one leg and it was pills all the way down the stairwell and the people run into place was rude I meant I can pay parent s were extra in

The continental breakfast the waffle machine and the toaster both wouldn’t work. The room itself was ok but not the cleanest.

The hallways smelled like weed. The walls were filthy. Ice machine was not convenient. And no coffee pot in the room.

We got there later than expected due to weather driving through Missouri. The gentleman that was covering the front desk was not there but there was no note stating where he was or when he was coming back. We stood around for about 10 minutes before he came back from walking a dog he was taking care of that had been left in the parking lot. It was weird not seeing anyone at the front desk and no way of knowing how long we would have to wait for them to get back. At the same time we were extremely tired from traveling the whole day and it may not have been as bad as it seemed.

The place had a pool which was really nice. For $70 it was decent. The bed was really comfy and the tv was pretty nice.
The stairways were shady and not monitored. The breakfast was basically mini pancakes you had to make yourself that always burnt. Other options were toast, corn flakes and Raisin Bran and an apple. The mini fridge had 3 containers of yogurt in it. It was honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. I had 2 cups of apple juice and went back to bed.
