As a solo traveller it was great.

Budget room was a good spot for a solo overnight and early morning departure. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient.

Somewhat difficult to regulate the room temperature. Room and common areas a little run down but mostly clean.

Nothing noteably amazing.

The front desk staff. They laughed when I asked where they recommended I park.

I was looking for a jacuzzi. I got a room with a jacuzzi.

There was a stain on carpet. Would have liked if the carpet was not stained.

Room very small and a single bed on wheels . I am a big guy and shower so small it was like on a ship. But you could not remove the nozzle.

Clean with great shuttle service to the airport.

No elevator. Was unaware that there are three separate properties or that the front deck closed at 9 pm.

When I booked my room booking.com did not say my room was on the second floor with no elevator, I am disabled and unable to do stairs. The manager was wonderful and changed my room to a first floor room. Thank you.

I am afraid it was my fault … I should had spoke up the night before … i informed the front desk of what was wrong and she told me it would have been resolved if I did speak up the night before. both front desk ladies were very nice and pleasant to talk to. I will know next time I stay cause I will recommend it.

the jacuzzi tub in the room

a lot of the amenities were either not working or have been removed, pool not working, continental breakfast removed, key card randomly stops working for the room at 8am and there’s no intention to fix it, etc

The pillows were my only complaint. After driving for 12 hrs to get there, and I was exhausted, the pillows were very lumpy foam chunks.
