Everything about Jessica's house was great. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the location,with a lovely walk down to the marina for dinner. Our host was very hospitable providing everything you could possibly want for our stay.

Host went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Facilities were excellent, there was a choice of snacks, drinks etc available day or night. We’re vegetarian and William and his wife went out of their way to give us a very substantial breakfast, including Korean foods , which were delicious.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight and losting the luggage and I was welcomed really kindly. The room was amazing, clean, big and comfortable. The brunch was so tasty. It is highly recommendable!

Our host was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was great. Breakfast was Taiwanese style and absolutely delicious. Snacks and beverages were available 24/7. I highly recommend this BnB.

William was very gracious when we had to arrive late (around 10:30 p.m.). We were upgraded to the premium suite. In addition to traditional breakfast offerings, the Korean breakfast served was delicious.

William was soo friendly, kind and helpful, definitely a superhost. He made us feel right at home! The hosts even upgraded us to a bigger room for free just to ensure comfort and William gave good recommendations of where to eat and how to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and have nothing bad to say. One of the best places I've ever stayed in by far!

A really lovely place to stay, clean & comfortable, with very generous & attentive hosts. The 24 hour ‘help yourself’ breakfast bar was a life saver when faced with 4am jet lag. The home cooked, fresh produce with dim sum breakfast served at 8am was fabulous. Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous guest house to stay . It’s about 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver and within east reach . I have never had a more gracious and wonderful host as William was . Nothing was too much trouble . You will not want for anything here as it’s all provided. The breakfast was amazing and I am sorry I could not eat more than I did as it was delicious. Highly recommended Jessica House to anyone staying in this part of Canada . Many thanks and very best wishes for the future

Our host William was very professional and friendly. The place was really clean, fully equipped and located in a great neighbourhood. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Highly recommanded!

Breakfast was exceptional. Cuisine we had never experienced. The host explained what each dish was. The taste was amazing.. There was many snack options available, fresh fruit to nuts, yogurt etc. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. The was beautiful and very clean

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica and William's house. The house is beautiful. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jessica and William are wonderful hosts and great cooks. The special breakfast was indeed very special and very delicious!

At first I was just happy to get a highly rated B&B close to the airport but I didn't expect to be absolutely wowed by my stay! Jessica's house was super cozy and in a very cute and quiet neighbourhood. The B&B is next to the West Dyke Trail which we walked to get to the Steveston Wharf (a beautiful walk). We had delicious dim sum on our first day and there were snacks and breakfast food available at all times. William and Jessica really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got a nutritious meal every morning, even when we had to leave early for our flight.

The breakfast was more like a 3 course brunch each day. The food was plentiful and scrumptious. Our most memorable meal was the dim sum complete with oolong tea! There were also plenty of snacks and beverages available 24/7. Our host, William, was extremely friendly and gave us a tutorial on the various amenities. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning one day.

We loved our stay at Jessicahouse in Richmond. The room with a king bed had so many nice touches to make our stay better. The only thing I requested was a fan since we are used to sleeping with one, and William got that to us asap. Plus, downstairs there were snacks & breakfast-type foods available 24/7. William & Jessica actually cooked a "brunch" for us both days we were there, and it was much more than what we would have expected. We definitely plan to stay there again next time we vacation in the area!!

William made sure we knew that he wanted to make our stay exceed expectations, and he did. I can't think of anything about our stay that we did not like.
