Great location close to the Skytrain (and VGH if you are having medical procedures done). The room had everything you might need including extra blankets, lots of towels. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to a main thoroughfare. Great breakfast.
The room was musty—maybe to be expected in a heritage house but I think more could be done on this front.

Das Guest House befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft, dennoch ausgezeichnet angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit denen man schnell alle Hotspots von Vancouver erreichen kann. Das inkludierte Frühstücksangebot ist klein aber fein, man bekommt auch frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte, Pancakes, French Toast etc. Obwohl wir früher als erwartet ankamen, wurde uns ein early Check In kostenfrei ermöglicht.

Location was amazing. Cool neighborhood. Very close to everything. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Delicious breakfast included with a homey feel. Offstreet covered parking was great.

Terrible shower. Difficult to get started and difficult to manage once the water pressure was on. Also, the water temp was difficult to regulate.

We were in the top rooms which were very hot . Air conditioner worked quite well as the outside temperatures were really warm.

There was hardly ever anyone around to ask questions and no info at reception re transport into Vancouver, restaurants etc. it would have been good to have some leaflets etc available

Although a modest Guest House, this establishment is outstanding. It is in excellent condition. Our Penthouse unit was more spacious than we needed. When we reported a technical problem, staff were there to repair it within minutes. We had free parking, a rarity in such a central location. And a chef to prepare breakfast!
As we arrived after the "staff hours", we had to haul our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. The staff brought it down when we left though.

Wonderful check in experience - staff went above and beyond.. Full delicious breakfast. Period house in a charming area, close to great restaurants and shops. Really nice area to walk or cycle around. The size of the room was fabulous - 3 separate spaces.
Double bed was tight as against the wall but understandable given shape of the room. The accommodation was a great size overall - 3 separate spaces.

Lovely atmosphere following a very nice welcome. Breakfast was provided in the conservatory and was instantly cooked on demand and served. The room was outside, but attached to, the main building. Two locks from the SkyTrain the property was perfectly placed for the city centre and waterfront.
I only wanted a B & B with a nice atmosphere and this was perfect. I had seen mixed reviews but I couldn’t fault anything.

The location was perfect for walking. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood. The room was like a little apartment. Very cozy. Very private.

Great location- so close to everything. The breakfast was fantastic- prepared fresh by your own personal chef. Great selection. I would love to go again but it is often booked far in advance. I can see why. Thank you.
The carpet was a bit dirty- maybe a mat by the door on the inside would help.

Good location close to station for all day Compass tickets and trains plus several buses close by.
Good shower and our room had a kitchenette which was useful. There is a good Chinese takeaway just round the corner which meant we could eat in our room rather than have to eat out. Bed fairly comfortable though need to pull away from wall so as not to feel cramped.
The room is in an extended part of the building and so is long and narrow. The decor is a bit tired looking and because the room is rather narrow there is no room for a bedside table. There is a fair amount of road noise though it seemed worse on one night than the other 2.

This property is located close to most amenities and public transportation on a pretty and quiet street. The Victoria-style of the property is really nice. The bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom desperately needs a makeover. The shower is tiny, I could see plus-size people having a hard time using it.
