The dining option is limited and way overpriced. They have a nonsmoking rule posted in the rooms but during my stay, I encountered some problems when someone continuously smoked pot and it would bleed in my room through the vents keeping my family and me up from 3 am to the morning!

Como siempre que me alojo en W de Beverly Hills, me voy feliz de la extraordinaria acogida del equipo de trabajo. Amabilidad y disposición espectaculares Alissa (me ayudaste mucho!) Shan, DJ, Will, personal de aseo (Ana), personal en el parking, todos los recepcionistas q no recuerdo todos los nombres, a todos mil gracias por la ayuda. Siempre destacado Edgard, excelente trabajador, comprometido y amable Además me encanta su ubicación y el ambiente del hotel Sin duda volveré

the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.
