Bad Customer Service / Bad Attitude's From Employee's .

LOVED HOW THE ROOM SMELLED (ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES IN THIS DEPARTMENT); COMFORTABLE BEDDING; LOVED THE MAKE UP WIPES AND THE THE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER/BODY WASH SET UP. LOVED THE COFFEE MAKER. VERY CLEAN ROOM

NOT BEING GREETED AND NO CONVERSATION FROM THE STAFF. WISH THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE OPEN/SMILE/APPROACHABLE. WRINKLES ON THE BEDDING; OUTLETS AND REMOTE CONTROL WAS A BIT BROKEN. WALL PAINT STAINS.

Rooms were never cleaned anytime we stepped out of the hotel in the morning. Was never told if we can request or not.

Breakfast was excellent along with the friendly girls working the kitchen.

I booked my reservation on booked com and I did not get my room I paid for king suite disability. The manager said they had a problem with a room. And so they had to do some arrangements. My husband and I are big bones and we need a king size bed. We wind up in a Queen size bed. They could of told text or let us know something. Also my husband needed downstairs and a few times we been second and 3 floors. Because also of the elevator not working

The room was good. We only stayed 1 night.

The yacuzzi pump wasnt working The maintenance of the building it’s low quality , elevators doesn’t work, no tv remote control, hair dryer wasn’t working and over all the carpet Smelled very bad ,

It was convenient and some areas were very clean the room was good food area was clean and well stocked the other help were very nice helpful

Tub in room needed work some front desk staff needs customer service training some very close to rude some nonchalant about information because of the rooms needed for essential personal the DPS Border Patrol Police etc. Send the room $price chg’d bcuz of this said that’s it your prior reservation price does not matter. Flirting instead of tending to Cust. Wish had taken pictures the room org. Price lice 150+ when chk in it was almost 75$$ or more difference it I might stay again after I send my email to corporate also was nit asked abt my points
